Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Mulberry River

The stay was fantastic. The space had enough room for my whole family. The backyard was big enough for my kids to run around. The quiet neighborhood was fine for most of the trip. And David The Host was very responsive when we needed him. Would definitely stay again.

Just got back from a fun Memorial Day weekend. It rained the entire trip but we made the best of it. The party barn next to the house made getting outside and all being together so much easier. 100% recommend if you are planning a side by side trip to Arkansas. Very close to the trail system. Worked out exactly as we had hoped for our group. Thanks for having us!

Perry’s spot is an easy 5 stars! Clean, affordable, great backyard, spacious and close to everything. Communication was seamless and if I travel back through Fort Smith I would stay at Perry’s spot again!

It’s always nice getting away to the mountains, and being able to stay at a cabin like this one. You’re in the countryside, but also not too far from town. Highly recommend!

Nelle was a great host! very responsive and helpful. We had some packages delivered late(after we check out), and she put them in a safe place to come by to get them. The house was clean, tidy d comfortable. We liked the chaisse end on the sofa. Great stay! Thank you again.

Nice place to stay and great host. Not sure why the cleanup fee is so high if we are required to do laundry though. That always rubs me the wrong way as a guest. But it seems like it’s pretty common with a lot of Airbnb places.

Such a great place to stay!!! The yard was large and the back deck was great! The house had everything we could need and very clean. The bed was very comfy too! Would love to stay again!

Dawn’s place was great. With Dawn’s precise instructions it was very easy to find. Very quiet and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our group and plenty of parking. The master bedroom is huge and the shower has fantastic water pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy home cooked meals. Enjoyed sitting on the porches during the rain showers.

Very cute house. Close to trail heads we were hiking (hemmed in hollow, hideout hollow), and Ponca area.

We loved our stay here! The property is even more beautiful in person, and it is so peaceful!! The cabin was very clean and spacious for 3 adults and two kids! It had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The deck and pool were the highlights of our trip! Amazing views from the pool, and we loved how it was right out the front door! We would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect. The host worked with me to get me in for the days I requested. We spent pretty much our entire stay outside as the backyard, fire pits, pool, porch, and sunroom were all great. Bed was comfy. AC’s worked great. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again sometime.

It was absolutely perfect! The perfect spot for a getaway with family or friends! It was in a secluded spot and only 15 minutes away from food and activities!

My family was in town for a wedding at the nearby Heritage Acres Venue. It was only 10 minutes from our cabin so the location was perfect for us. The view of the forest through the floor to ceiling windows as you walk through the front door is stunning. The cabin was super clean and the back patio was the perfect place to relax. Side note: if you like to bird watch you will especially love it. We stayed in early June and saw summer tanagers, indigo buntings, black and white warblers, Kentucky warblers and many more beautiful birds. We loved it!

Brittany’s place is the perfect getaway in the mountains! The inside touches and finishes are perfect and the view and surrounding area leave nothing to be desired. The only bad thing is that I didn’t stay longer! Would definitely stay again

The owner was very communicative and helpful. He was responsive to our questions about the area and gave us great advice. Our stay, which included two families (total of 10 individuals) stayed very comfortably in this space. We enjoyed being able to cook out and do a campfire/smores with the kids. Firewood was available with a fire pit, which was convenient. The kids loved playing games in the game room when they needed something to do. The porch had a picture perfect view of the mountains, and we loved being able to lounge, have coffee, and chat. Our trip to Falling Water Falls was a huge hit with everyone. We swam there most of the day and explored the area. Anyone traveling in this area should be aware of ticks and how to prepare/manage while exploring the area. Overall, we would love to return.

This place is magical. It is an undiscovered element. It is like a stair step to Heaven! This is the most beautiful place ever we have ever been. The hosts were great and the cabin was soooooo clean. We even had fresh baked cookies waiting for us when we arrived! It felt as though my soul connected to the land and was so at peace while we were there. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back in the future! Every part of our experience at LJ's Hideaway was magical. Thank you for sharing paradise with us!!!! We had the pleasure of meeting Chay after I fumbled our checkout date! He arrived while we were packing up. I tried to extend our stay one day, but Chay had others guests arriving that evening. He was the most helpful in our situation. He looked up alternate accommodations and even offered us his personal cabin if checking out earlier than expected was going to put us in a bind. Chay was exceptional host. He provided us information, books, maps, and offered suggestions before we even asked. He kept us informed of local water levels and things you may not even think of.
