Our home is a 1930s home, remodeled inside and out. We are on the bike trail and within walking distance of historic downtown Rogers amenities, where you will find fine dining, craft beers, bike shop, coffee shops, art galleries, cobble stone streets, and a farmers market. We are on a short dead end street a little more than a city block long, on a large .37 acre lot. It is a safe neighborhood. Neighbors know one another and extended family lives on the street.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and modern. Has a great exclusive feel when inside and on back deck. Some reviews complained of not being very exclusive but besides the front drive in you wouldn’t know you were close to anyone else. Everything was about 10-15 min max away. We had issues with the AC unit but they were good to come by and fix/adjust.

This was great overall. The location is excellent and these units are new and well built. A couple of things to think about: 1. As stated in the listing, parking is limited. I had to find street parking one night. Fortunately, I got lucky and there was exactly one spot in front of Black Crown Social. 2. There were concerts at Railyard Live both Friday and Saturday night. The solid construction of these units did an impressive job at muffling most of it and my son and I slept just fine with some white noise playing. For these reasons, the units here may not be for everyone, but they were perfect for our weekend fishing trip.

Five stars. Everything inside was as advertised. Things to note: While close to the road, the treehouse was still very private and quaint. We enjoyed the space for movies and it was a comfortable stay. The loft would have been a blast for kiddos. About 5 minutes away is a phenomenal walking trail at Lake Atalanta… highly recommend. Owner was very responsive, but the hot tub was not clean whatsoever upon arrival. We were disappointed by the tub bc that was a selling point for our short stay; the owner offered several times to come drain and refill it, but we neither wanted the interruption nor would we feel good about it once we had seen the brown water. I am sure they will get it looked at, so this does not affect our rating. About 15 min drive into Rogers, which was perfect for us. Random note: the only Tesla Supercharger in NWA is south of Rogers, at a nice Workman’s Travel Center. Plan accordingly. Bring a 25’ ext cord if you plan to trickle charge at the air bnb.
