All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

Stay awhile at the conveniently located Bentonville Backyard Oasis! The guest house is nestled away in a beautiful backyard and is a 10 minute drive from Crystal Bridges Art Museum, a 5 minute drive from downtown Bentonville, and a 2 minutes drive from Coler Mountain Preserve. This stand alone house has a private tennis court, pool, and hot tub. This Airbnb offers convenient check in and the hosts are longtime Bentonville residents so they are always available for local recommendations.

Relax in a magnificent residence affectionately called, "The Stone Castle." You have 2,000 sq. ft. of living space all to yourself. There's a walkout deck leading to the stairs going down to the firepit. The Suite is within the residence, but completely separate. It's a one-family or one-group-at-a-time space with 7 rooms to enjoy, plus an enclosed porch. Drink your morning coffee in one of the 3 sitting areas or on the deck outside (you may see deer feeding in the forest below).

We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! All rooms have a spectacular panoramic view of Beaver Lake from atop Whitney Mountain, the highest elevation on the lake. Watch the sunrise over the lake from every room or in your private swimming pool. After boating on the lake, savor the end of day with a drink in hand, relaxing on the Eagle Nest deck before dinner. Perfect spot to star gaze. The swimming pool will be closed mid-October thru early May.
