In a very central location, you can reach the beach, cafes and minibuses within a 5-minute walk. We had no problems in terms of cleanliness and it was a functional and minimally furnished house that met the needs of two people. Mr. Ali was very kind and helpful in everything. It's a peaceful place near Akmak river. Boat river trips, Feed ducks and have nice coffee tea beside River. Good for couples and small families. Also buy fresh fish to cook. Great area to relax.

We stayed for 3 days. We were very satisfied. The house is new for 2 months. Everything is spotless. The kitchen has all the equipment, all thought out. We were very happy with the stay. The one with the garden had tables and chairs. The interior of the house was large, tidy and complete. There was a Turkish coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle and all kinds of kitchen utensils. The garden was cleaned every day. They even suggested a place where we could leave our belongings until we checked in on the first day. If we come again, we'd love to stay.

Anya's apartments are very nice. It is a new building and the design is tasteful and modern. It was comfortable with a nice bed and a great shower. The heated floor was nice for a winter stay. The location is on the edge of the city but a close walk to the main areas, the marina, and the ferry terminal. Having a dedicated parking area was very convenient. Anya communicated well and gave me good information about the space and local things. I stayed a week in the apartment and found it to be great for my needs and a good visit to the area. I would stay there again when in Marmaris.

Mr. Abdullah and his family welcomed us warmly, and although we contacted them late at night, they responded quickly. When we came home, everything was as in the pictures, the white goods were new and the latest model, the glasses, plates, etc. to be used in the kitchen were brand new and clean. Bedrooms, bathrooms, linens were all white. We only stayed one night, but I hope we will come again before the season ends to have breakfast on the balcony in that beautiful garden, I congratulate you on your efforts and recommend you

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here. It was a perfect home away from home and a great base for us to take little day trips around the region. The courtyard and common spaces of the complex had beautiful flowers and the restaurant by the pool was so handy. Speaking of, the PS5 was great to have on rainy days! Hello, We went with children so we paid a lot of attention to the cleanliness and this apartment was spotless. I hope it stays that way. Unlike other accommodations, this had everything you need to spend your days(water bottle, shampoo, coffee, dishwasher tablets etc etc) If I had to put on any sticks, I would say that the power of the water in the shower was not very strong, but we were able to shower properly. Finally, to say that the hosts were very nice also they let us into the apartment earlier than the scheduled time. See you soon!

We were a group of 4. The apartment suited us very well. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (right down to parchment paper for baking and storage containers for leftovers) to cook on the nights we ate in. The pool is amazing. I have already recommended Hakki's listing to my Izmir and Ankara friends.

My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and the host graciously allowed me to stay later without any additional charge, which was a huge relief. This kind of flexibility and kindness made my experience even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough—perfect location, excellent communication, and outstanding service. Situated in the old town of Marmaris this property is stunning the views over the marina are outstanding The property itself is very cosy well decorated and maintained to a high standard everything that you need for your stay is there three maybe four terraces available all with stunning views , easy access to the marina within 5mins walk , 5 mins walk to everywhere perfect location thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend
