We can call it a clean, sparkling welcoming family run. The rooms are exactly the same as what you see in the photos. The location is in the middle of the wonderful sheep, so when you walk on both sides, you get tired at least with🤓 2 steps. You are already on the beach, the employees have a smile, they help us with everything we ask and their conversations were very nice. We fell in love with Selimia with the stillness of the sea, the nighttime stars, with the scenery of every hour. I feel very lucky to have met such a beautiful business as well. When we come to close the season, we will definitely stay at the same place again ❤️

Alkmini’s place was traditional and charming. We felt so at home. The location was the best in town we felt and such beautiful views the only thing that could beat the views were Alkmini’s father he welcomed us and suggested great places to eat and was super helpful.

“Fantastic stay! The apartment is in an amazing location—just 2 minutes from the beach and 1 minute from several supermarkets, which made everything super convenient. The balcony has a lovely view, and the space itself is clean, modern, and very comfortable. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you’d need if you like to cook. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the furniture and appliances (TV, washer, fridge, etc.) were all new and in great condition. Firats villa is as beautiful as the photos. It is clean, modern and so many different areas to sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor garden and pool. There are sun spots and shaded areas with an outdoor fan. It made us smile every day. It is about 10 minutes walk to the beach with shops and restaurants which we did comfortably. With the heat and if a bit slower walking I would suggest a taxi. Firat supplied details of a driver who was responsive and friendly and this helped greatly when needed. Would recommend to take a few basics like tea and coffee and washing up products if arriving out of the shopping hours. Firat responded quickly to any queries and is a great host!

Ms. Esra is extremely meticulous, tidy, her communication skills are extremely strong, the house is sparkling clean. She gave advice on everything, we had a hard time leaving the house. It was one of our most memorable holidays. I'm sure we'll see you again soon ♥️

I would highly recommend it, it has a friendly host. In terms of location, it is 1-2 streets away from the street of bars in the center, and it was very easy and comfortable to reach nice places when you left the house.

Wow what a spot! If you are looking for something comfortable and compact but with the most amazing views - then this is your place. It was perfect for our needs, secure, comfortable as well as having not only a little balcony but a beautiful roof terrace to relax on. It really is the most wonderful spot and I spent many hours just watching the boats coming in and the people walking along the front….. the most fantastic place if you enjoy people watching. It also was super convenient as very close to where the ferry from Rhodes dropped you off and also close to all the fabulous restaurants, water taxis, et cetera.

Just returned after staying for a month, we were met by Mustafas son who was very helpful, Mustafa and his son were always on hand if we needed anything, will definitely stay again Yvonne

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Great host! Very helpful and punctual, help us with everything we need. There was a little lack of stuff in the kitchen and he bring us everything and a welcome bottle of vine(;)) just in a hour. The tips ( supermarket, transport, restorants) were very helpful.

I am very pleased, in case of a repeat of my trip, I would definitely stay there. I would like to thank Mr. Onur for his helpful and kind behavior.

Yılmaz's place was stunning, The decor was great and modern, everything was clean and ready to use. Everything was as described if not more impressive in person. Yılmaz was a wonderful host, helping us check in, and showed us around. He provided local recommendations, and any issues we had he was proactive in resolving. Michale’s was a great host and worked over time to help us through some scheduling issues. Villas was beautiful and away from the hustle and bustle of the down town. Nice to get away from the touristy areas and enjoy the beach.

Brilliant place and location was super. Walking distance to everything and regular buses directly into fethiye centre but shops and restaurants were basically on our doorstep. Place was spotless. A little difficult to find as looks like it’s an abandoned area almost but once inside the gate everything was perfect. One or two things could have been better - very little basic stuff that you would assume would be there such as toilet paper, were not supplied. It was no issue. Also we turned the motor off for the pool as being April the weather was nice but not hot so the pool felt freezing with new water keep regenerating. Instead of communicating with us that we shouldn’t do such and ask to turn it back on, we woke up to it being on and a hose being pulled around and a rake etc. I have no issues with this but I personally think communication would have been better and if we had kids up early, a random man in the garden might have scared them. Overall, regardless very good though

I’ve stayed at Ahmet’s place a couple of times now. Ahmet is a great host, helping with luggage on arrival, checking in appropriately throughout the stay to ensure everything was ok. Checkout was easy. Ahmet’s place is in a fantastic location in the centre of the Marina, surrounded by great restaurants ( shout out to Cafe Gusta for the great food, service and discount :-) ), and it’s easy to walk to everywhere (the Marina is vehicle free after 11.00). Despite being in the centre of the Marina there is never any noise disturbance, and I had a great sleep every night. The outside space is great, with 2 Sunbed with cushions, bench, table and chair. The views are great, straight out to the sea and bay on both sides. I’ll definitely be returning, thanks Ahmet for a great stay.

An amazing stay on such a beautiful island! The house had amazing views over the bay with lots of Greek charm. Dimitris was a great host, very helpful and knowledgeable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

It was the most extremely clean and tidy, Bayrambey was very, very helpful, we were very satisfied, we were definitely the most beautiful place to choose from.

Mr. Murat was very caring and kind. The location of the house is already wonderful, it was a holiday for us that we would like to come back one day.

Having direct access to the beach was lovely for sunbathing and swimming. The accommodation is well set up and furnished well. Very clean with everything you would need to cook proper meals in the kitchen should you wish. In terms of the location, we visited at the end of April prior to the 'season' starting. Many of the restaurants/bars that front the beach were still setting up, however two restaurants were open both serving very good food, fresh seafood etc. with very friendly staff. Eser the host went above and beyond to suggest alternatives a short taxi ride away should we desire. Overall a very positive experience.

A simply sensational stay at “On The Rocks” in Symi. The accommodation is exactly as the listing describes, and is so very beautiful, peaceful and remarkable. To open the shutters onto the view of Nimborio bay, the waves gently lapping against the wall below, was a glorious start to each day. A drink on the terrace/platform as the sun went down, the water all around us, was a glorious end to each day. Being away from the bustle of Symi town, but a gentle 30 minute walk to it (we rented e-bikes - a fun 8 minute cycle!) is a real blessing. And our own sunbeds and swimming platform meant no need to travel to a beach each day. Perfect! A very proactive, helpful host. A great stay. A beautiful place.

We enjoyed a three night stay at Katerina and Terry’s place and found it well equipped and very well situated. It was so close to our ferry drop off by the clock tower - just a couple of minutes walk - which was super convenient… it was also really close to lots of other things - there is a small supermarket just down the nearest steps where we found everything we needed included bottled water at a good price (we got through lots as the tap water on the island isn’t drinkable). The apartment also was minutes from some swimming steps into the harbour which we used to go for a swim and snorkel from in the incredibly clear water. We would very much recommend this! There are plenty of bars, restaurants and little shops nearby to walk around and we enjoyed climbing the steps to the upper town, which isn’t far. Overall it’s a great base for exploring Symi and our hosts communicated really well and checked in to ensure we knew where our ferry left from too. Thanks to you both! Jo and Matt

We cannot speak highly enough of our stay. What a beautiful place and location. Fantastic hosts who are so helpful and responsive. The villa has quite a few steps to get up to but it’s so worth it for the view ! Our host also helped us with our bags and collected and returned us to the ferry port. Spotlessly clean and our beds were made every day and bins emptied. The water pump makes a noise as the village doesn’t have full mains water access but it’s perfectly fine once you realise what the sound is. The water supply is reliable and hot but don’t drink the water ! On arrival we had a wonderful selection of local food water and drinks to get us started. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to return. Thank you
