Belinda's apartment is just gorgeous. From the moment you walk into the house it had been decorated with a quirky flare! Throughout themain house and into the flat, everything is very high spec even the kettle and toaster were funky. I loved the little sitting room and kitchen, it had everything we needed and was all very comfortable. Christchurch is a few minutes drive and such a lovely town. it It felt all really safe too. And finally Belinda was a great host, and easy to contact. The whole trip was brilliant, just wished we had longer, but will be back!

Absolutely beautiful! Great location. Spotlessly clean. Just as described. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! We’ll definitely be back. No complaints as was top notch. Only one recommendation: could’ve done with a couple of bath sheets as not many towels (& not very big) after bath/shower. Love this place!

We absolutely loved Carl,s annex. It is in a great location and it had everything we needed. Perfect for visiting Christchurch and the New Forest . Carl is an excellent host and communication was excellent. Cannot wait to go back !

Absolutely fabulous place. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was wonderful and a welcome addition to start (and finish) the day. The location is great for exploring Dorset. We took a lovely walk to Highcliffe Castle along the beach and enjoyed Mudeford Quay as well. Christchurch, Bournemouth, Swanage and Weymouth are all within reach for a day out. There are shops and supermarkets within walking distance (through the rear park) and restaurants close by too. The house itself was much larger than the pictures seem to show and the four of us (all adults) had no problem relaxing and feeling at home. Netflix in both bedrooms and the lounge was a great addition and the welcome wine and chocolates was a great touch. I highly recommend this house for a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Dorset.
