This is our home, a small village near Koper(7 min by car away) in the heart of Istria. Surrounded by forests, vineyards, Tinjan hill with so many trekking tours that start just behind our house, climbing rock walls, a river Rižana and the Parencana cycling road, that brings you to Triest, Koper, Portorož...Poreč. In Dekani we have excellent wines, olive oils and restaurants that you can visit and taste. We made this apartment like we will live in because we want you feel comfortable and relax.

Cute vacation house surrounded by green area

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest.
