An inviting place to call home in Colorados most beautiful mountain town! Nestled in the “west end” of the town of Telluride, the best location. The front door opens right up to Cornet creek. Beautiful outdoor area. Located just steps away from Lift 7 ski resort access, the famous “Siam” thai restaurant and “There” bar, although the condo is private and quiet. Only a few minutes walk to the gondola and directly across the street from the free town bus stop. Enjoy all Telluride has to offer!

Situated in the quiet West side of town, this private ground floor end unit has free 1st come/1st serve parking on-site (I have never had a guest tell me that parking was a problem) and is only a 2 minute walk to chairlift 7. Telluride's historic Main Street business core is a 3 block walk or ride the free town bus which runs every 10 minutes. (Telluride business license #017564) Pets are not allowed. Under Airbnb guidelines the no pet policy includes registered emotional support animals.
