We gutted it, raised the walls, poured new concrete floors, filled the old west side entryway with concrete & cut a new door on the west side, facing the alpacas. Our unit in Carbondale located on 150 acres of our families private working ranch located on the east side of Carbondale. The guest suite has a private entrance with excellent views and is only a 10 minute walk to downtown Carbondale. The space is comfortable for up to 3 adults or a family of 4. Plenty of sunshine and room to relax after a day of skiing, fishing or hiking! Please be aware that we are on a gravel dirt road. No need for a 4 wheel drive vehicle but can be wet.
