Felt right at home and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Peaceful and private yet close enough to town should you need anything. It’s in a great spot close to walking/ bike tracks and the bath was a bonus! Generous continental breakfast and enjoyed the classic selection of DVD’s available. Would recommend to others! Melissa's place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was not far from the rail trail which was our reason for being in Lilydale. Our only problem was in visibility of street sign in the direction we were travelling.

We enjoyed our stay in a great location—an easy walk to Mooroolbark shops and train station. There was plenty of street parking available, and the undercover spot just fit our RAV4. The house suited our needs, stayed warm and had beautiful natural sunlight in some rooms. Stuart was an excellent communicator, and we appreciated the thoughtful handwritten note and packet of Tim Tams left for us—it was a lovely welcome. Check-in was smooth and everything went as expected.
