Vacation rentals with a patio in Mount Eliza

We stayed at Claires apartment during Easter break, instruction to access the property was very clear. It was amazingly sweet that Claire and team have prepared milk, bottled water, Easter eggs and hot cross buns, very much appreciated! The kitchen and living room is spacious with all essentials supplied, one feedback as shared with Claire is to replace the kettle. The ensuite is spacious with balcony, though recommend the cleaning/maintenance of bedding supplies to be updated in future. Bathroom was tidy with enough supplies for two nights. The property overall is in a great location, very easy to access the surrounding for grocery, shopping and dine out.

A well-decorated, spacious, and spotless place with lots to do (both inside and outside of the accommodation). Unfortunately it was a very short stay but that just means we will have to come back another time!

Lovely house! Great for the price you pay, excellent location, very close to beach and shops! A nice tidy home to chill in for a nice weekend away!

Susie's Airbnb was exactly what my mum and I needed for our Melbourne visit and we had a lovely stay. Great location near two train stations, walkable to Carnegie cafes and shops, nice parks nearby. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and well-provisioned - every time we thought of something we needed, we found it: hairdryer, condiments, cooking equipment, iron, washer/dryer, cereal and milk, extra blankets and towels. The heating worked well, both beds were comfortable, the apartment was in a quiet and peaceful area and was nicely decorated without being cluttered. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The bed was super comfortable. It had a smart TV, really soft bath towels and I really loved the little powerful hair dryer. We also love staying at places that have a washer so we can pack lighter. It also has the extra bits and pieces like washing liquid, salt and pepper and toiletries if you needed them. Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

The apartment was very comfortable, beautiful views particularly at sunset but also early morning with large balconies to enjoy it from, and an easy walk down to the beach. Parking in the building is great. Everything was clean and well looked after, and there were helpful pantry and fridge supplies. The beds were very comfortable, and nice modern bathrooms. Access to the highway to explore is very easy.

Fantastic apartment and pretty easy to get in - not too complicated. Apartment itself was very spacious with nice balcony.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. One of the highlights was the sauna — it was such a relaxing and luxurious touch! The entire place felt peaceful and well cared for. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a perfect getaway and would definitely love to return!

Our family stayed for just over a month and enjoyed the house! We appreciated the four bedrooms with individual AC/heat and comfy beds and bedding. The view of the ocean was amazing from the two bedrooms on that side of the house. The back green space connects directly to a wonderful beach for walking. The air hockey table was fun, and kiddo really appreciated the large number of books to read! Our kiddo went to Edithvale Primary School while we stayed at the house, and they really enjoyed it. Restaurants and train station are an easy ~10-15 min walk. Highly recommend!

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. Had an awesome stay at Tina’s! Super convenient spot, right in the heart of Mornington, with everything just a short walk away. The place itself was spotless, roomy, and felt really comfortable. Would absolutely book again!

Adrians home was well equipped with cooking utensils pots pans plates and platters etc. Plenty of space, board games and everything we needed for a lovely family lunch for Christmas. Thoughtful touches, very clean and comfortable.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

Una’s apartments was a delight to check into. With welcoming treats. Laundry facilities and detergent. Shampoo and conditioner. Just what I needed after a long trip. Coffee as well. Great location. A picnic basket too. Una was so understanding and fabulous to communicate with. I really felt spoilt. Thank you again for having me and Buddy to stay. Really grateful.

Clean and modern. With everything we needed. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and tram. We stayed a very cold winters weekend and apartment was warm and cosy.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Great accommodation! Bill was nice to show us the facilities & food options in the vicinity. Apartment is conveniently located with nearby train station, shopping mall with supermarkets & restaurants. Apartment is clean & comfortable 🙂

Josephine's place is in a great location near the beach and some shops. Easy to check in, very clean and cozy.

The apartment is just the right thing to recover from a busy day! The Kage is very quiet, but also only 20 minutes away from Melbourne center. The apartment is very nicely decorated and you have everything you need on site! I can only recommend the apartment!
