A cute cottage with evening sun views is higher on the hillside. Clean water can be obtained from a borehole, whose water has just been tested for good quality. The plot has a neat puucee. Please note that although the steep hillside has sturdy new stairs, the place is not suitable for people with limited mobility or small children. The beach is quickly deepening.
