Our stay was so relaxing. We were able to visit with family (only a block away). The beds were very comfortable. The host was amazing and caring. It was an amazing stay.

The place was very cute clean with a little whimsy- we loved the different chandeliers !! It was nice having two bedrooms and two bathrooms ( each room had their own ) Also we were very impressed that they had thought of every need - my friend forgot her phone charger - and sure enough they had one that fit - and we needed scissors for something and found them too … they had maps for both Taylorville and Springfield - plenty of bottled water and coffee - the place was so clean ! Looks like some of the houses are being renovated - but we felt safe and comfortable- enjoyed sitting out on the side deck for our morning coffee - thank you we will stay again !!

I was very happy with my stay and plan to stay again whenever I'm in Nokomis. The full kitchen and washer/ dryer made the stay very convenient. Also, the bathroom was fully stocked with travel sized soaps and shampoos. The space was laid out and had a whole lot of old printing about the town that were fun to read through. Really loved having no chore list for checkout!
