This self-contained unit is an annex to our own house so we are available to welcome you, offer advice or help you plan your stay. The accommodation is on 2 floors with the lounge/kitchen area, and bathroom + shower downstairs, and a large, double bedroom upstairs, 2 sofa beds + child's sofa bed. It is comfortable for 2-4 people but can sleep up to 5 people with two single sofa beds downstairs. If you need an extra bed, a double bedroom is available in the house. Small charge for a fifth adult

The Old Vicarage Coach House

The Old Vicarage Coach house was built in 1750 as part of a farmhouse. In 1860 the property was purchased as a Vicarage for the Church. Now completely refurbished it is warm, with stunning views across farmland to the Pennine hills. It has its own entrance where there is a washer dryer. Up the oak staircase to a kitchen with fridge, microwave/oven and induction hob, bathroom (shower), double bed with sofa and TV. Close to Lyme park and Peak District but 15 minutes from Manchester Airport.

This is a self contained, ground floor room with en-suite shower room, kitchenette and private entrance. Key safe for quick and easy self check-in. This is a newly refurbished space, with a large window and blind which makes it very light and bright but with privacy. There is a double bed with storage drawers under, a walk in storage area with hanging rail, wall mounted TV and wall mounted drop down table and foldaway chairs which make a useful eating/ work space. The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.
