Tarunpreet is incredibly warm and welcoming. Even before booking the place, I had quite a few questions, and she patiently answered all of them. We arrived late at night, but thanks to her clear guidance on how to get there and check in, everything was smooth and hassle-free. She even stayed in touch to make sure we were settled in comfortably and recommended some great restaurants and experiences. The place itself is clean, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful spot — perfect for unwinding. Despite being nestled away, we had no trouble finding cabs or getting around, and everything we needed was still nearby. It truly felt like the best of both worlds. I’d definitely recommend this stay and can’t wait to visit again soon!

Goa is all about experience, and our stay at Niloy's abode was just like our second home. Everything clean fresh and homely. Location is awesome, it's peaceful yet well connected with the world. Niloy had been extremely helpful everywhere you can ever imagine. Very comfortable very safe and very well maintained. loved every moment spent there and looking forward to many more stays with Niloy. Located in one of the most happening places is goa yet peaceful. You name it and it's there all around. Will recommend long stays to really understand the people and culture of this fantastic place. Extremely happy and satisfied for everything.

Amazing and wonderful experience at this feel like home apartment Naveen was a truly great guy he knows everything the needs of the guest and everything was spot on the apartment had everything from cutlery to washing machine from microwave to iron there was everything even the bathrooms were so clean surely i will visit this apartment next time when i came to Goa.. so I have stayed at a lot of places in Goa I have been visiting Goa for the past 11 years and this by far is the best place that I have ever stayed in. I would love to actually buy this property but I can't because it is Stephanie, it's a really comfortable place, you will feel like staying more at home rather than going out for the parties and everything. Defo coming again;)

Nishant's ocean themed, condo is charmingly decorated, The place is spacious and comfortable, well kept and clean and tidy. Nishant and his staff are super helpful. The society is well managed and the pool was clean and well maintained. The place is located , in a safe quite and peaceful area, also at walkable distance from the beach , and also all the hip and happening place easy to reach like ,Hilltop and Darling's Bar. Had a great time with my girl gang. Definitely coming here next time soon. Highly recommend!!!
