The house was beautiful- very light and airy with lots of space. My family were sharing with my sister and her family - we all enjoyed our stay in the house - lots of room for us all to spread out. The house was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very easy to access the trams and shops from the house. The area that the house was in was beautiful and very quiet - after a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax in. The swimming pool is solar powered but we had hot weather whilst there so were able to use it. Would absolutely recommend this house.

Great Host, perfect for hosting large groups, plenty of privacy for group of couples. Spacious and clean for reasonable price in a big group.

Robert was a fabulous host as he was responsive and helpful. The house was ideal for our 3 generations to stay as it was homely and had enough space for everyone to co exist. We could relax and enjoy the place without worrying about the house being too pristine to move. Great family getaway. Thanks Robert.

The landlord renovated the house and introduced the measures. I was very satisfied with the house. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

we chose this location because it was close our daughter who was getting married. 8 family members travelled from uk and this made a perfect hub for all the activities. the bedrooms were spacious, ple ty of bathrooms and a very large community space. also had a smaller room for chilling out. a study complete with printer for tickets etc. Garden and pool area with BBQ made alfresco cooking a pleasure. large laundry room and air-conditioning throughout. well equipped kitchen. ideal for family gathering. A fantastic stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and incredibly well-equipped—every amenity was thoughtfully provided, from kitchen essentials, toiletries, pet friendly items such as toys, food bowls to additional USB wall plug. You can tell the host really cares about guest comfort. Highly recommended!

Bruce was a great host. The location was ideal, close to shops & cafes. House was really neat and had everything you need.

The host was very responsive in replying to messages, especially when we needed an earlier check in and when we needed help because we locked ourselves out. She arranged for someone to come within 30 mins to help us get in. The place itself was enormous, modern, clean and a perfect setting for any group holiday or to host a gathering.

We had a very minor glitch at check-in where I transposed the door code. I called Emily and Andreas was able to let us in remotely! It was awesome. House felt like it was brand new! Emily had done a lot of little things to make our stay better, like coffee, tea, dishwashing & laundry detergent being available for us. Plus some welcome snacks! Made us feel welcomed and at home! Would definitely come back!

Great little place to stay that was close to everything that we needed. Leonie was fantastic to deal with which made our stay even easier. I will definitely stay here again next time we travel to Melbourne

Very Lovely place to stay, was very affordable for me and my friends. Nice and peaceful neighbourhood. Not far from the station and not a long drive into the city. The host were lovely and helpful. High recommend 😊👌🏻

Tam was extremely helpful and responsive to my questions. The place was very clean and had individual aircon control rather than a central unit, which is good if you are travelling in a large group. Highly recommended.

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

A unique and perfect venue for our bucks party weekend. Was able to hold the amount of people we had with no issues and had everything we needed for the night. Matt was very responsive and accomodating and we’ll definitely be using the space again in the future.

Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! We had a great stay at Tomas’ place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Tram stop right outside which was ideal. Tomas was really helpful and very responsive - he even let us check in early which we were very grateful for as we had been travelling through the night. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

Ange’s place was the perfect spot for us during our stay in Melbourne. Comfortable beds. Lovely gardens and a short walk to the tram that is direct to the city. Great food and restaurants nearby including iconic places like AI bakery and Rumi. Highly recommend. Ange herself has been wonderful to communicate with. Thanks so much for having us Ange.
