Beachfront vacation rentals in Montieri

A wonderful apartment, beautifully furnished, well equipped and an amazing terrace. Centrally situated, close to everything, including the station. Davide gave us comprehensive information about the apartment and was very easy to communicate with. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We had a great time staying at Alice’s place! She was quick to respond, helpful and the place has a great location close to the old city and the ferry.

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

Very beautifull place, total recommendation! Does have some mosquitoes in may/june, so take some protection and perhaps ware long trousers on the terrace when having dinner.

Very nice apartment with sea view and a comfortable terrace, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners living on the upper floor of the house are very nice and give helpful advices.

Ilaria is a great hostess. Your apartment is beautifully located by the sea, the great garden invites you to relax. We enjoyed it very much. She gave us very good tips for restaurants and things to do in the area and was always available.

Having traveled to quite a few places I can honestly say this was one of the nicest accommodations I've ever stayed at. Very quiet and relaxing place, very friendly host, we had a perfect time.

A very special place that we were now able to enjoy for the second time. Peace and quiet in the beautiful surroundings of the property with the great view of the sea guaranteed! There were four of us again as a family with two adult children and cooked a lot in the well appointed kitchen. Loredana is a very good host who welcomed us in a friendly way even when we arrived at night after a car breakdown. Thank you for everything, Loredana! We will be happy to come back.

Filippo's accommodation was as described…Beautiful view, sometimes even dolphins visible from the terrace! Since our stay took place at the end of May, it was very quiet, the pool facilities and restaurants were still closed, but Filippo had already informed us and we enjoyed the quiet of the pre-season/nature! The place was clean and everything was at our disposal. The way to the sea is within a 5-minute walk…. A beautiful beach awaits you!!! A car is definitely an advantage to explore Elba, as the accommodation is rather remote, but that did not bother us as it is located in a beautiful natural area. The accommodation is just as suitable for dogs, and the beach is also great for dogs! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place!!!

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Laura's place is very nice and decorated with love. There were four of us as a family there and we enjoyed it very much. Especially the proximity to the beach, about 5 minutes, is awesome. It is also a good starting point for activities, e.g. to Pisa. Laura is a very friendly person, we would come back anytime.

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

The accommodation is a stone's throw from the sea, complete with every comfort. Also equipped with a nice terrace for lunch and dinner outside. The recently renovated property is well-kept and the furniture is of high quality. Dario and Deborah have proven to be exquisite people, always available for any questions or needs. Fede and Rosy are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and simply likeable. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! The location of the apartment is fantastically beautiful, and the view is stunning. We could hardly get enough. The beach is just a few minutes away and looks like a picture book – quiet, idyllic and totally romantic. The house is well equipped, very well maintained and sparkling clean. We really lacked nothing. I'm sure we'll be back and look forward to next time!

We had a very pleasant stay! Marta was a kind, caring and always available host. The house is really cozy and perfect for two people. Equipped with all the comforts, it is a short walk from the sea and the center is also within walking distance. Highly recommended!

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

Cinque stelle! Everything was just right for us at Maria's place! The apartment is very nice, clean and well equipped (really every little detail was thought of!) and is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach. We particularly appreciated Maria's warm hospitality. She was always available and gave us great tips. We really enjoyed our vacation in San Vincenzo!
