The excellent location in the “Celio – Monti” area, few steps to all major attractions and monuments, makes sure you will live the unique atmosphere of Rome. Just walking, you can easily reach all the sites of interest such as Colosseum, Roman Forum, St. Peter’s Basilica, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo de’ Fiori, Trastevere, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the shopping street Via del Corso. Moreover, in the neighborhood you can find supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and all the facilities you may need. The apartment is located in a strategic position, just 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum where you can catch the subway “Colosseo” (B line) and several buses that connect you to other parts of the city, to the central railway station and to the main airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino). UPDATE November 2024: the flat now is completely private space, no anymore shared space. Located in Monti,one of the most beautiful area Rome,the house looks out on the lively Roman street! 3 minutes walking distance from Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica,where Pope Francis is buried;12 minutes from Colosseum,Roman Forum,Termini central train station. We live in the same building upstairs with three cats too! You will have a large bedroom,living room with kitchen and a double sofa bed,two bathrooms.

Penta, con il suo design industriale, propone ampi spazi in una location esclusiva a 20 passi dal Colosseo. L'appartamento, in un edificio storico romano, è finemente ristrutturato, tutti gli ambienti sono ampi e confortevoli. Esclusivamente su richiesta, è possibile andare sulla terrazza arredata del palazzo per un aperitivo serale. La terrazza non è parte della casa, ma un extra che sarò felice di farvi utilizzare se possibile.
