Directly below the property there is a river great for fishing or hiking. Sleeping areas: Master bdrm.-1 king,2nd.bdrm.-1 king,3rd.bdrm.-1 queen,den/office- 1 double As you enter, there are many custom woodcarvings and original artworks as well as lush plants. There is an open floor-plan that includes the kitchen, dining, and living areas and features a kitchen island for entertaining built from trees from the property. Adjacent to the dining area is a sun-room. This room is cozy with a huge window to enjoy the views across the valley, sunsets and rises, golden aspens, and wildlife. Dewlap Lodge is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of Colorado’s breathtaking wilderness! The lodge itself is a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort—spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The host was fantastic, providing thoughtful touches throughout the home, including a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, and even recommendations for local hiking trails. Whether you're looking for adventure or just a peaceful retreat, this spot has it all. Waking up to the crisp mountain air and watching the sunset from the deck was truly magical. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend Dewlap Lodge to anyone looking for a five-star experience in the Rockies!

Couldn’t say enough great things about this cabin. Exactly as described. The most peaceful get away surrounded by amazing nature. Would pay this price for the sauna, wood burning stove and heated toliet/ bidet alone. It’s rare to find “real” and cared for airbnbs anymore and this is most definitely one.

My wife and I rented this beautiful cabin for our anniversary weekend away from the city. We had such a great time and didn't want to leave!! The views are stunning and well worth the small drive from Denver. We could have spent the whole weekend at the cabin enjoying the amenities there, but wanted to go out and explore the area. If you're planning a (summer) weekend of hiking and enjoying the outdoors, there are lots of options nearby. Here are some of the things we did: Hiked Mount Royal in Frisco, Dinner at a brewery in Breckenridge, Hike Hoosier Pass loop (only a few minutes from the cabin), Exploring the downtown shops, and biking the trail between Breckenridge and Frisco. Thanks for everything, we'll be back again!!

We’re so glad we chose Brian’s cozy cabin for our annual girls trip! Brian provided detailed instructions for our stay. The views were amazing and provided the reset and connection to nature we needed. The cabin was also located in a great spot for us to easily get to plenty of hiking trails and amazing food/desserts in Breckenridge ! Would definitely recommend you check this place out :) & hopefully I can make it back one day!

Our stay in the heart ❤️of the wilderness was nothing short of magical. We were in awe of the serene beauty surrounding us and truly cherished the luxurious touches of the Haute Haus—especially the exquisite sauna and state-of-the-art gym. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views, making it even harder for us to say goodbye to such a captivating retreat. The boys delighted in every moment—building paths through the woods, sledding joyfully in the snow, crafting tunnels beneath the sparkling white, and spotting a curious fox roaming the neighborhood. This enchanting haven is a dream come true for adventurous children, all within the comfort of one incredible location. Yvonne was a phenomenal host—thoughtful, gracious, and always available when needed. Her warmth made our stay even more memorable. We would return in a heartbeat to relive the magic once more! 🏔️🌲🦊❄️🌞
