A highly recommended place. They lived, the hostess, very special, helped me and was always aware that if we needed anything. the stay was excellent and the place is perfect, in a great location. It's worth the price without a doubt.

We spent a week at this accommodation, it is in a good location. It should be noted that the apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator and the bathroom is outside the studio, you have to go through the terrace. It has a washing machine and the kitchen is good for short stays. Very good communication with Marcelo and he was very kind. Recommended apartment for short stays.

To start, Teresa and Juan's welcome already makes your arrival pleasant. So kind, with a lot of affection they install you in the apartment/house of excellent comfort and with everything you need to really enjoy a few days in Montevideo. From the location on the Rambla, the ease of getting there, tips from the shops that can be visited, shopping, etc. They really made our stay feel like being at home. It was great! Super friendly, helpful and also in a beautiful neighborhood. It's a spacious and pleasant space.

Very comfortable and clean apartment, with excellent location very close to Pocitos beach. Check-in is done alone but there is a doorman in the building and before arriving Martín leaves super clear instructions. The kitchen is well equipped and Martin always answered and resolved my doubts and requests to make my stay more comfortable. The only thing I didn't expect is that the balcony in the room opens directly to the main street and there are no curtains/blinds, but there are doors that block the light and glass doors to open. Don't forget to climb to the top floor where the gym is and a terrace with amazing views of Pocitos and the Rio de la Plata!

10/10. The apartment is just like the photos and was very clean and tidy, one of the cleanest I've ever been to and it's something I personally appreciate a lot. The area is very nice for walking, although the complex is on an avenue, the neighborhood is quiet, and the beach is a couple of blocks away. We did all the shopping in the market in front, very convenient. As for Gonzalo and Karen, they were super helpful and very clear when communicating. Highly recommended ☺️👌🏻

The apartment is just like the photos, spacious, nice and new! With many amenities to enjoy, in a good location close to everything, very safe. I think the height was what we liked the most. We left two complimentary glasses of champagne as a gift, as they were missing. We would definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The place was as described, small but tidy, safe, and sufficient for the two weeks that we spent there. I would recommend staying here and would do so again myself. Analia was very easy to communicate with and very kindly let us check in early as we were exhausted from traveling with a sub-2 year old.

I had only two minor problems in the lodging, an air conditioner that was not working and the electronic lock that in the last day gave some problem that triggered an alarm, but still functioning normally. But I'm sure Pablo will solve these small problems, as it has a proactivity and a willingness to do so. In the most excellent everything, an apartment with an amazing view and a fine taste decoration, we feel great throughout the stay.

The terrace was big and very well-equipped. The apartment was also clean, cozy and nicely decorated. Our host was very friendly and easy to communicate as well!

The apartment is beautiful!! The truth is that it matched the photos posted, the best part of all is the spectacular ocean view!! Anahi and her husband are two wonderful people who were super attentive and friendly!! The only thing to keep in mind and that they should improve is the Internet, which, due to traffic, runs out quickly, (the hosts solve it quickly by loading more data) but it's a downside to be controlling yourself with the use.

We loved staying at Stephanie's house. The apartment is very cozy, clean and bright, with everything we needed to cook and have a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is beautiful, very nice to explore and there are several shops to stock up. We walked to almost everywhere, but there is also transportation nearby to go to different parts of the city. We would definitely go back! Also, Stephanie was very helpful and kind.

The location is excellent, next to a very good supermarket, laundry and steps from the boulevard. Our favorite cafes in the city, El Cafecito and Wild, are also a short walk away, making this place a great choice for those who want to experience Montevideo. We were two people working from home, with many video calls for 19 days, and the internet, with a few exceptions, worked very well. Although the apartment is small, it is very well distributed, equipped and corresponds faithfully to what the ad shows. In addition, it has an excellent sun entrance both in the living room and in the bedroom, which makes it very warm and pleasant in winter. The rental price is a bit high for the place's infrastructure, but similar to what you see in most Airbnbs in the city. We'd go back without a doubt.
