The tower is located on a private, fenced property with 24-hour doorman, a lounge with industrial washing machines and dryers, games, a gym, parking spaces, and a solarium. On the (highest) 25th floor, there is a terrace that borders the entire building, with a 360° view. You'll see the city from here like never before!

Apartamento 1 dorm. 9º piso en POCITOS with FIBER OPTIC WI-FI. Excellent location 3 blocks from boulevard and beach. The house is good for couples, families, and travelers. Comfortable 3 adults or 2 adults and two children (Sommier two places + sofa bed). All services in the block: bars, restaurants, super, pharmacy, laundry, currency exchange. 5-10 minutes by taxi from the shoppings. Spacious, bright, warm and modern, bathroom and full kitchen, air conditioning in room and living room. Safe and nice area.

You'll be sorry to leave. I recommend reading guest feedback. Impeccable, bright, quiet, fully equipped studio. It will give you the feeling of being the first to use everything. The building has a laundry room, gym and rooftop with loungers and tables, limited to guests. Magnificent location: one block from the beach; close to all kinds of shops, restaurants, and shopping center. Unrated street parking.
