Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Monterey Park

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautifully decorated and felt very welcoming. It was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, close to lots of great restaurants, shops, and other local spots. It felt very safe, which we really appreciated. The host was also incredibly responsive and accommodating, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and would love to come back again!

The overall stay was fantastic and would rent here again for a large group. The place was clean, spacious communal areas, and the beds were comfortable. There's a mini playground, pool table, and other outdoor/indoor games available. Do note that there is basically 3 houses that are on the property that are not connected together but a 5 second walking away from each other. There's the main house that has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, another house with 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom and the last being a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom. It's a nice layout if someone in the group sleeps really early or snores really loud.

This place was exactly what we needed for our family. Many rooms, many restrooms, many showers. It was just perfect. I know California is expensive for my liking since I come from Texas, but the place was worth the expense. The place was also very safe and everything is secured by electric locks. Thanks Aower.

my girlfriend and I loved our stay here. The space was just absolutely beautiful and perfect for a two person stay we stayed a total of six days and did a lot of shopping and eating at home but never felt like there was any clutter or that the space was too small for all six days. The host were amazing. They were responsive and helpful, giving us late check out and information that was helpful for our six day stay. Very worth the price.

Stayed here with a group of 4 and it had everything we needed! The place was extremely clean, cute and comfortable and the host was very responsive and friendly. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Alexandra really cared about it our family and made sure everything was convenient and smooth. Traveling with little kids to see family is tough so having someone like Alexandra was super helpful. Plus the place is a gem! It’s close to everything, inside is very clean and has everything you need. The beds were super comfortable!!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the host was very helpful with getting us parked and settled in. Uber and Lyft was running all the time and it’s 10-15$ to uber to the venues nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! Definitely will be coming back when we are planning a trip to LA for a concert.

We stayed here tonight. It was close to the event that we were here for everything was very clean, but it does need a little bit of updating. If anyone in the building was cooking you could smell it. Walworth thin and you can hear everything the neighbors do but that’s also out of the house control. Parking was also a little difficult, but overall was a great experience though. Everything we needed was provided and again, although it needs a little bit of improvement it was a great space and clean.

I can't say enough about Richard's willingness to accommodate my alternative living requirements (Altadena fire). Richard has also been very attentive to any inquiries that have come up during my stay. I would highly recommend Richard's residential units for anyone needing living accommodations in the San Gabriel valley.

I can't say enough good things about this space and the host. Caroyln was so helpful, accommodating, responsive, and friendly. I had a little trouble finding the home, but her husband came out and helped, which was so nice! They both recommended places to eat and even offered to make a bed for my daughter when we had a possible room switch. Caroyln was so responsive and I had no trouble getting information needed. The room was beautiful and spotless, I honestly wish we would have booked for longer! I plan on coming back to the area many times, so I will be booking again. Thank you Caroyln for making us feel welcome and safe!

Giselle and Ali are amazing hosts and we always enjoy our stay in their beautiful unit :) We’d definitely visit again soon!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

Very helpful and communicative

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was near to places and people that we wanted to see while there. Cynthia was a very helpful and friendly host!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

Cara was very helpful when I had questions and she went out of her way to accomodate me. E.g. I mentioned that it would be nice to have a little table next to the outside chair to hold my coffee and it magically appeared a couple of days later, which was very sweet. I think the windows need repair because they were difficult to open and close but they are working on it! Luckily Santa Monica is fairly cool and breezy so AC is not needed.
