Waterfront vacation rentals in Montego Bay

We stayed a week. Place is as described. We give the place 5 stars. Few things to know. The beach access is 5 minutes down the road & is small with only having a washroom on site. Can not purchase anything. Closest grocery store is a 40 minute walk or a short cab ride. The unit could use having a cheat sheet on how to use the TV & appliances. You will need to pickup or bring with you coffee & filters, laundry soap & any condinments / spices you enjoy. None of these items were deal breakers for us & we found the unit / complex clean & safe. If we do decide to return to Montego Bay we for sure would consider staying at this unit.

Naomi's place is a relaxed, charming condo in a safe, gated community. It is conveniently located just off the main road and is a hop, skip and a jump from many notable attractions in the area. Among its own delightful attractions, this location is conveniently equipped with an on-site restaurant called Queen G's that cooks authentic delicious Jamaican cuisine. It also has a pool and convenience store. Naomi has a nice personal touch in making her guests feel at home. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay immensely. Thanks Naomi.

Jacqueline’s place was just as described. Clean and well kept I felt right at home. It is at great location and has beautiful views. She was very responsive whenever a question was asked. I would definitely stay again.

I had such a wonderful stay at this BnB. The space was cozy, clean, and super comfortable—everything I needed for a relaxing trip. What made the experience even better was the amazing host. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, bringing up refreshments and even games for us to enjoy during our stay. Her hospitality was unmatched—always checking in to make sure we were okay and offering help whenever we needed it. You can really tell she cares about her guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jamaica! :)

Although the AC in the living room didn't work and the fan remotes needed batteries upon arrival, the response time was fantastic throughout our stay. The 24 hour pool was well appreciated. Queen G's restaurant was perfection. The unit was well worth the price and we plan on returning.

Neville‘s place was very nice, super location a huge plus was the pool and the beach to reach easy by foot. As we checked in very late water was already available at the appartment. The flat has everything you need & we felt very safe. We would def stay there again

Great place! This is my second time staying at this location and it was just as great as the first time! Philip is always great and accommodating! I also left my credit card there by accident and the cleaning crew/ Phillip were very honest and let me know I left it . I asked them to cut it up and throw it away and they did just that! I highly recommend staying here as I’m sure I’ll be back again!

What a beautiful, spacious home. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Les and Barry were very accommodating. I highly recommend.

John was an amazing host very easy to reach, respond to my questions within minutes. The house was very clean and walking distance to the pool area which was nice.

You have a beautiful home in a peaceful, idyllic setting. Your team was a major reason we had such an incredible vacay. Miss Smith was so warm, informative, went way out of her way w special extras (tu 4 laundry service). She and Chef Derlisha made my husband feel so special on his bday with decorations, balloons, hbd song and yummy dinner/cake/candle! (gained 5 lbs from Chef D’s cooking) Chef D was so sweet, loved seeing her each am. Chef Amera - divine lobster/steak dinner. Loved all our breakfasts, Esp floating. Mr.Blake - a fantastic tour guide, driver, Jamaica historian, photographer, concierge! His recos for eats (pier 1, hboat), tours (Marley, boat),shopping, lunch (pork pit!) - we loved him! felt so very well taken care of. One issue - we didn’t realize was paying cash & atms daily max was not enuf! Our bad - not yours!

First I must say thanks to Mr Vinroy and his co-host Miss Kam! They both went above and beyond our expectations! Everything about this place was top tier, from the communation, to meeting our needs with any little thing, we wanted or asked for, they were there and made it happen for us. I loved this place we felt totally safe due to 24/7 security! the location is really calm and peaceful, and so beautiful day and night! the pools were top tier, we actually did a floating basket 🧺 there it was so beautiful! The place was exactly like the picture no false hope I'm telling you the 100% truth!!!! very well kept and clean, best Airbnb in (Reading MoBay) right now. Don't hesitate book! you won't regret it. the location isn't too far away, plus they provide everything you need whether it's transportation or just a spa day, etc. Thank you again Mr Vinroy for making my birthday one memorable one ! From the moment we arrived at this stunning Montego Bay Airbnb, we knew we were in for something special. The decor was gorgeous, with a perfect mix of luxury and cozy charm. The pool was an absolute oasis, and waking up to that breathtaking ocean view every morning felt like a dream. The host was beyond amazing — so responsive, thoughtful, and full of fantastic local recommendations that made us feel safe and welcomed. But the true highlight was the incredible chef, Ms. Ingrid! Her breakfasts and dinners were beyond divine — every dish cooked with love, passion, and authentic Jamaican flavor. She didn’t just feed us; she made us feel at home. We’ll be dreaming of her meals until we return! Without a doubt, we’ll be recommending this gem to everyone we know and are already counting down the days until our next visit. Already booked a return stay. Robert was expertly responsive and understanding. The location felt pretty secure which I immensely appreciated. If only for the balcony views, the location is well worth it. Getting into the city is quite easy, and car is recommended, but again, Robert has recommendations should you need transport. Washer, dryer, hot water, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator that dispenses whole or crushed ice, ironing board, iron, the bed is amazingly comfortable. It was a great stay!

Photos don’t do this place justice, it is truly breathtaking in person, and the staff is amazing. The location is secluded, peaceful, and serene. Inside the unit is extremely clean and comfortable, and has everything you need. Definitely a 10 out of 10 if you’re looking for a low key vibe to relax, but still very much luxurious and feels like a home away from home.

My husband and I are frequent visitors to Jamaica, we have stayed at all inclusive hotels , regular hotels, Airbnb’s, this apartment was by far in the top 3 of places we have stayed we had an amazing vacation. The apartment was beautifully decorated, it had everything we needed. It did not disappoint. It was very quiet all staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. We would return without hesitation. We had a car so getting around was easy. If you stay here I would highly recommend renting a car or having a driver. They provided us with snacks water and flavored red stripe, it was a pleasant surprise. The red stripes are delicious. We are very particular, so I was a bit apprehensive about how it would be. It did not disappoint at all! We were very impressed. AC was perfect, water pressure great! Bed super comfortable all linens were clean. TV was great, plenty of options. Views from the balcony wonderful. We didn’t use the pool but it was very clean. Great home!

This was a really nice Airbnb. The whole house was clean and decorated nicely. There’s a washer and dryer too so it’s easy to do laundry, and they even had a few seasonings to cook with. They also have an option for a private chef and taxi services. I stayed here and they were doing some construction to some apartments next to the Airbnb but it didn’t bother me since we had early morning excursions. The location is secure with a gate and security 24/7. They won’t let anyone in unless they are approved. I had some trouble getting in at first because there was one lockbox but also another pin pad, so i was a hit confused on which one to use at first but the host was quick to respond and help us get in. Overall our bnb experience was a 10/10 and I would stay here again the next time i visit montego.

Very Nice Location, not far from the airport beautiful grounds well kept and Especially nice because the Air BNB is on the grounds of a Resort with pool, beach, jerk chicken hut thats really good, access to restaurants, bars, spas, gift shops all right there.. you do have to pay for food and drinks if you are not an all inclusive guest...yes i will go again and yes i will stay Dacia's airbnd if it's available

Honestly I prejudged when I first arrive but that was simply judging a book by its cover before reading it. The property was 10/10 with amazing views very clean maintained to a very high standard, its also very close to town and the popular Hip Strip . Glenrick was a top host providing me with things to do she really gave me a vip service. When I'm next back in Jamaica and if staying in Montego Bay I don't need to go anywhere else. The only way I wouldn't go back there is if this property is unavailable. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay and making things happen to ensure I was fully comfortable.
