The House among the Olive Trees

Our house is located between Camaiore and the village of Pedona, Campiglioni. The central body dates back to the end of the 1300s and was built on a stone ridge as a stable and lodging. Expanded and renovated over the years, inside we find terracotta floors from Impruneta, iron railings from the famous Candalla foundry, Vietri tiles and ancient beams originating from an ancient Camaiorese palace. Don't expect perfection, its small flaws make it unique.

The place is amazingly cute, with all the amenities and equipment you could need. We loved having our breakfast in the small balcony with the beautiful view! When we found the wine fridge, we got a little carried away trying to fill it up, but that's part of a vacation in Italy. As a foreigner, the only uncomfortable thing we found was the parking. If you are used to narrow streets and are able to maneuver as a local, you will be fine! Our car's proximity sensors, however, were screaming every time we were going out. We had a great time here. Definitely recommend!

A massive thank you to fabrizio and his family for the most amazing time in his beautiful home . The house and location is stunning and it went way beyond our expectations and hopes for our first Tuscan adventure . So welcoming from the first moment , full of advice and recommendations . Nothing is too much trouble for Fabrizio as all he wants is his guests to have the best time possible . I could say so many great things about this house , the pictures on the listing sell it but you can’t fully appreciate the beauty and feeling of this house and the location until you arrive . This house is fabrizio ‘s dream , designing it and taking many years to complete . He is so proud ,and this really shows when you arrive and meet Fabrizio and his daughter for the first time . We will definitely be back to stay again , so tempted to book 3 weeks next time though !! Thank you so much Fabrizio !! Oh! I must also say that the wine from your vineyards is just the best 😎 Till next time 😉

Casa Lidia, a villa among the olive trees

We had a great time in this house. The place is a small, idyllic paradise. Perfect for unwinding, but still close to many great sights in Tuscany. Cristiano was a helpful, very friendly host who was always available for tips or questions. Our dog also felt totally comfortable in the fenced garden. Since the accommodation is a bit remote and very rural, it can of course happen that there are noises from distant neighbors through dogs, chickens, cows or horses. We didn't find it disturbing at all - on the contrary. The view of Camaiore and the surrounding countryside was beautiful. The house and the interior was even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. It was equipped with everything you need and the beds are super comfortable. We 100% recommend the place.

This place has exceeded our expectations. We were absolutely stunned with the views from the house. The images are not even close to resemble what it looks like in real life. The kitchen was stocked with utilities that we needed for cooking and there’s always a place to park. Smooth communication with the host and easy check-in. Lots of space inside and perfect amount of bathrooms. A 100% recommend for a relaxing stay with friends or family, you will not be disappointed

Santa Lucia Suite with sea view

We were there in August, the cottage has a beautiful garden with a large terrace with great views of the valley and sea, which was always shaded thanks to the plant-covered pergola, so you could endure it very well here all day. The garage below the terrace is perfect for a not too big car as there is otherwise little parking due to the popular restaurant nearby and location on the mountain. The equipment of the kitchen is fine, there is a large grill for the outdoor area, a washing machine and dishwasher. The wifi worked well everywhere in the house. The water in the hot tub was no longer quite fresh when we arrived, but was replaced immediately. The wide public beach is about 30 min by car. The staff at the agency were very friendly and helpful and always responded very quickly to requests. We can definitely imagine ourselves coming back.
