We have only positive things to say. Everything was perfect, and we would book with Rose again anytime. It was also really delightful that she remembered my son's graduation and gave him a little surprise. We all agreed that we would move in immediately. I would like to thank Rose again, Bianka, and family from Germany.

Great place to stay while Visiting family. The neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty of street parking

I live in Pico Rivera and am having construction done at my house so need a place to stay in the interim. I asked Brian if I could see his place before booking and he was very accommodating. I liked what I saw so I decided to try it out for a week. Brian's place is in excellent condition as it is newer construction. It's also beautiful, cozy, relaxing, and safe. It is centrally located near major stores, restaurants, a movie theatre, etc. The only thing I wish it had was parking. It does have parking on the street, and the neighborhood seems fine, but I wish it had more secure parking. Aside from that, it has everything else I need, and Brian has been gracious, friendly, and helpful, so I am extending my stay during construction. I will provide another review at the end of my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Gerardo’s Airbnb! The place was great—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Gerardo was an exceptional host, incredibly friendly, and super responsive to all my questions. His warm hospitality made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!
