Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

Antonella's home was perfect for our stay in Rome. Easy bus ride from the train station, very walkable area convenient to good restaurants and a great neighborhood. Close to the Vatican and Trastevere area. Antonella was very easy to contact and was a great host. We were very happy with our choice. There is a narrow flight of stairs, but we knew this beforehand and wasn't an issue for us.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Simone pendiente de todo en todo momento. Muy próximas las paradas de metro y autobús, apenas 5 minutos andando. Restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercados…. Zona cómoda para estar con niños.

Federico’s place was great for us a family of 5 including al elder and a child. The location is super close to the vatican museum and Plaza de St. Pedro. Close to restaurants, the metro station, etc. Will highly recommend to anyone wanting to be just a few blocks walk to the vatican. Federico was also very responsive and welcomed me himself to the place. Thank you Federico and hope to come back soon.

I definitely recommend this house. Very convenient, clean, and relaxed. Matteo and Rossana were very kind and friendly and helpful. The house is located just 20 seconds' walk from the station, yet it is very calm. When you get back from the center, you are very tired, but you can sit down on the sofa and relax immediately after getting off the train! There are several supermarkets and nice restaurants, etc. everything you need are all nearby, and you enjoy the beauty of nature, yet you can get to the center of Rome in just 20 minutes. I think it is much better than staying in the center for many reasons. It will promise you a very comfortable and lovely stay in Rome.

Non abbiamo mai avuto un servizio come quello offerto da Cristiana e Pietro. Sono due persone squisite, aperte al dialogo e si fanno in 8 per soddisfare ogni tua richiesta (soprattutto ti aiutano con qualsiasi mezzo a loro disposizione) Considerato il periodo in cui siamo venuti a Roma (pieno di eventi, quindi con traffico intenso, problemi di parcheggio ecc), non potevamo trovare host migliore 😄

Wir waren zwei Nächte im Apartment von Adriano u haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment u die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist gut, die klassischen sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Viertel Travestere und der Tiber sind nur 3 Min entfernt. Durch die Nähe zum "Szeneviertel" war es allerdings (nur) am Samstag Abend / Nacht auch ein wenig lauter. Man kann eben nicht beides haben 😉. Adriano war gut erreichbar u der Check-In und Zugang zum Apartment/Haus hat gut geklappt. Hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Marco was great and his place was perfect!! The place was great and in such an amazing location. Marco was very responsive and super helpful and we had so much fun. The showers drain a bit slower since it’s an old building but we just adjusted to that! Will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Rome. The six of us felt so comfortable and had such an amazing stay.

Simonetta e Max sono stati host davvero gentili e cordiali, rendendosi sin da subito molto disponibili. L'alloggio corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, piccolo ma curato in ogni dettaglio e molto probabilmente pulito. È un'oasi di relax immersa nel verde con tante attività a disposizione per intrattenere sia umani sia amici a quattro zampe! Ringrazio in particolare gli host per avermi donato una splendida giornata di compleanno. Ritornerò molto volentieri a soggiornare a Villa Bovari!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

Our stay at this Airbnb was incredible! The apartment exceeded our expectations: everything was spotlessly clean and the pool was simply wonderful. Moreover, communication with the host was smooth and they were always attentive to our needs. In short, everything one could wish for in an Airbnb. We will definitely come back!

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Het zwembad is echt fantastisch! Het ligt wat buiten het centrum maar met de metro ben je er in 10 minuten. Supermarkt op 5 minuten lopen. Bedden zijn precies goed! Rustige buurt met geen geluid van buiten. Zelfs een melkopschuimer om cappuccino te maken!! Als ik terugkom in Rome zal ik dit zeker opnieuw boeken, onwijs bedankt voor alles

Siamo stati molto bene. casetta molto comoda, con parcheggio, silenziosa. perfetta per dei giorni a Roma.

La villa si presenta come da descizione e gli esterni anzi sono pure più belli. Piacevolissima la zona sotto la tettoia affacciata sulla vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo usufruito anche del barbecue apprezzandone la dotazione. Torneremo con piacere presto

Villanın diğer sakinleri misafirperver. Tekrar gelmek isterim. Eğer arabanız ile geliyorsanız villaya dış kapıdan giriş yapmak için linke bir süre önceden tıklayarak dış kapıyı açık hale getirmeniz gerekiyor. Villaya giriş dar ve trafiği işlek bir yoldan yapılıyor. Dış kapıdan çıkış ta çok kolay değil bu yüzden. Bir de sivrisinekler ile ilgili önlemizi alın.

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.

Great area, close to vatican city and public transportation. Very comfortable apartment felt right at home.

This was my second visit to Claudio's place! It was as homely as I remember & was a good place to come back to after the heat & effort of a long day (it was hot!) The flat was spotlessly clean, with a great shower & comfortable bed. It was a good space for one person & I think that would still be the case for at least a couple. There were great restaurants nearby & it is extremely handy for the Vatican & the Metro system. The main city centre is a little further away, but not difficult to get to. Claudio always responded quickly to my requests & notified me straight away of a minor repair that needed to be carried out (that was of no issue to me). The check-in was a little slow, but this was the only real fault I could find ...

This place was great. The pictures don’t do it justice. Very modern, clean and bright and the AC works extremely well. It’s close to a metro and buses making it easy and inexpensive to get around. Also, the host is very responsive and accommodating. Honestly, I tried to book him again but he only had one out of three days available. Do I recommend this place? Definitely!:)

The host was very responsive and helpful. The place is neat and tidy. My only challenge was getting to the place by bus when you have luggage. The public transport is full most of the time so use a taxi if you can afford it. Also missed a microwave but it’s a small detail. Other than that, a great stay.

Licia was very friendly and welcoming. She also proactively sent information about the top attractions, transportation information, and amenities close by. Licia also arranged an airport travel service for our departure, which was worry-free and very much appreciated. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. It had all the amenities, including some tasty breakfast buns and croissants as well as coffee pods for the espresso machine. We took the bus often, which stopped right outside the front door. All 4 of us would highly recommend Licia's apartment for your stay in Rome. Thanks again, Licia!

L’appartamento di Ilaria è stato una scoperta fantastica! Luminoso, accogliente e a due passi dal Vaticano, perfetto per vivere Roma senza stress. Mi sono sentita subito a casa, e Ilaria è stata gentilissima, sempre pronta con consigli utili e veri. È stato un soggiorno che ricorderò con piacere. Tornerò di sicuro!

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

Maria Linda and Valerio’s Airbnb is a welcoming place to stay and made our trip special. The apartment has a relaxing atmosphere and provided everything we needed. Check-in and out was easy. When communicating with them they were helpful, friendly and wanted us to have a good time. What makes the place extra special is its location. Prati is immediately north of the Vatican (very easy to walk to.) Main tourist areas like Centro Storico, the Tridente and Monti are packed with people and can be overwhelming, especially in high-season. It was nice after a short walk or a Metro trip to see the sights to return to the quiet of the apartment and the area. Also the best meals we had were local recommendations Maria Linda and Valerio provided. The best gelato in Rome is not near the Trevi Fountain it’s a short stroll from their Airbnb apartment! A terrific place with great hosts. Definitely recommended.
