We had a fantastic 4 nights stay at Daniele's property. Though it is bit far from the historic center of Rome, but it is only 30 mins walk to Vatican City and helpful for us as we wanted to visit Vatican in early hours. Very peaceful locatlity and quite near to the super market. Bus station was 5 mins walk which enabled us to explore Rome at our ease. Very clean and spacious house, well stuffed kitchen. Daniele also helped in arranging our transportion to airport during early hours of the day.

Well-maintained, well-kept, clean and equipped with every comfort. The surrounding area has everything you need to enjoy a quality stay. The proximity of the accommodation to the main public transport hubs such as the subway or buses is excellent. The host Luisa is kind and helpful, especially attentive to the needs of guests. Quick to respond to all your needs. Overall, excellent accommodation for those who want to experience the city of Rome within walking distance of the Vatican.

Maria Linda and Valerio’s Airbnb is a welcoming place to stay and made our trip special. The apartment has a relaxing atmosphere and provided everything we needed. Check-in and out was easy. When communicating with them they were helpful, friendly and wanted us to have a good time. What makes the place extra special is its location. Prati is immediately north of the Vatican (very easy to walk to.) Main tourist areas like Centro Storico, the Tridente and Monti are packed with people and can be overwhelming, especially in high-season. It was nice after a short walk or a Metro trip to see the sights to return to the quiet of the apartment and the area. Also the best meals we had were local recommendations Maria Linda and Valerio provided. The best gelato in Rome is not near the Trevi Fountain it’s a short stroll from their Airbnb apartment! A terrific place with great hosts. Definitely recommended.

Friends of mine who had stayed in Rome before recommended finding a place on the west side of the Tiber River. It’s still the city center, but a bit removed from the tourist noise and crowds. This apartment turned out to be a perfect fit for us. The area is truly quiet and peaceful, just a few minutes walk to the metro that can take you anywhere, and about 10-15 minutes on foot to the Vatican. Giorgio is a kind and responsive host, and the apartment has everything you might need. Our 10-day stay was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended!

Very responsive owner! Meets requests and the service was amazing! Thank you for that. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the apartment. It was exactly as advertised! The apartment was really beautiful, nice and cozy. It contains everything one needs for either a short or long stay (like a hairdryer, basic care products, large fridge, coffee maker and cookingplate (+ basic needs for cooking). Eventough we didnt cook ourselves it is nice to know everything was at hand. Metro and bus are near by (just a 3min walk!). We absolutely loved staying here and would recommend it to everyone! Great host and one of the most beautiful apartments I’ve stayed in

Great stay! We had some learning disabilities on how to get in the actual area but once we got the swing of things, we were veterans! The train station is prob 100 feet away from front door. So conv so location to transportation was simple. The tub was amazing and the showed refreshing for the morning. The host Michaela was always 2 mins texts away! And helpful. The place was immaculate

A very satisfying stay!The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, communicative and very easy check in and check out.The place is clean and tidy, fully furnished, and the bed is very comfortable, it is very comfortable to stay in.The location is also very convenient, and the surrounding transportation and life matching are complete.Overall, it feels like home, I will definitely choose this place again next time, highly recommended!

Spacious and well equipped apartment, large private outside yard, looked just like the pictures, check in was very easy, bus stop outside front door and taxi rank a few metres away 15-20 mins walk to metro but lots to see en route (St Peter’s and/or Castel Saint Angelo) 15-20 mins walk to Trastavere

Loved our stay at Margrethe's amazing flat with views, style and peace of mind. Felt lucky to stay there with such incredible aspects over both sides of Trastevere. Street is very busy downstairs but double glazing worked a treat. Balcony delightful in the evening. Cobblestone tricky for those not use to them in this part of Trastevere. Lift never failed us and was necessary too so no problems at all with that. AC good too. Amazing thank you Kate and Stephen

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. we enjoyed the space & greatly appreciated the host for allowing us to drop our bags ahead of checking in so we could start seeing the city. a lot of what we wanted to see was across the bridge but we were able to walk there for shopping/sight seeing and also to vatican city. responsive host with a friendly, hospitable dad who lives nearby :)

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Our family of seven fit perfectly in the apartment with plenty of bathrooms to share. Gabriela was responsive and helpful. Check in and access was super easy. We made use of the washer/dryer as we’re were half way into our three week trip - this was great for us. We also had some easy dinners around the kitchen hen table - we had everything we needed.
