Apartment in nature,10min from city

Beautiful apartment breezy and silent, immersed in nature and bush only 10 minutes away from the city center by car. Is located at ground floor of a one-family villa, with independent entrance and view on a big garden with vegetable garden. Is composed by a double room with a double bed, a bathroom, the kitchen and a big living room with two other optional beds. The villa is located in a residential hill just outside the center of Perugia, where there are a lot of other villas and country houses. 5 minute away there are supermarkets, bars, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. 10 minutes away there is the Natural Park of Monte Tezio, ideal place where to practice trekking in the nature. Public transport are guaranteed in the day but i suggest to come with car to move easily in the evening. To rent for touristic use. Don't hesitate to write us for more infos!!!

Delightful accommodation in the center

Delightful two-room apartment recently renovated, in the heart of the historic center of Perugia, equipped with WiFi/fiber and air conditioning, located near the Roman Aqueduct and 50 meters from the Etruscan Arch and the University of Foreigners, very close to all areas of interest including the Cathedral, Corso Vannucci, Fontana Maggiore, the Rectorate and Morlacchi theater, as well as clubs, restaurants and shops. The house is very comfortable and has 2 entrances, one independent and one inside the building.

An ancient stone archway frames the narrow street, revealing charming buildings with textured facades and wooden shutters. A flag hangs from a nearby structure, while details of cobblestone streets and gentle slopes add to the character of the area.

Frankly welcoming for a fantastic stay

Loft for two ideal for a couple. Large and new studio apartment, with balcony, wooden roof and modern design. It is located on the second floor of a well-kept house inhabited by the family hosting you. The kitchen is complete with all appliances. It is suitable for short and long periods. We can't accept pets, much to our displeasure.

Nice and spacious apartment, beautiful view. Roberta is friendly and quick to respond. Communication only in Italian or via Goole-translate.

Graziella’s villa was the perfect holiday home for our family and we enjoyed every minute of it. The decoration was gorgeous and there was definitely a wow factor when we entered the lounge room. The villa is very spacious with plenty of bathrooms. Our children absolutely loved the swimming pool and the billiards table. Lots of family fun around this table where we spent beautiful evenings! The hosts were lovely and my only regret is not to have known any Italian for better communication.

The apartment looks just like in the pictures and is quite spacious and modern. We really enjoyed staying in the apartment and loved the view from the glass "winter garden" to the Umbrian hills. The apartment also offers lovely terraces with an amazing view.

Anastasiia was a perfect host. Wonderful stay, incredibly professional description of the house better than hotels, all functional. A big terrace with wonderful view. A house decorated with lot of style without overdoing it. I came to this region many years because of family. I tried different hotels, wish i had discovered this earlier. Best experience for my Perugia stay ever. Anastasiia was so friendly so professional and so responsive. Can warmly reccomend to any guest wanting to stay here.
