Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Montalcino

Stepheno was very helpful and was flexible with our check in. He even helped us book a super nice local restaurant. The apartment was very well equipped and decorated, and had everything we needed. The view over the valley and vineyard was amazing. We wish we could stay longer.

We highly recommend staying here. The house is fantastic and the apartment in it allows you to feel the atmosphere of the town. We had a very nice time there. The terrace is definitely an asset of this place. Simona hosted us wonderfully, she was very nice and very helpful. The contact was always very smooth and pleasant, we felt very cared for. Breathtaking location with views that are exactly what you want in the Chianti region. It was a beautiful place and was very nicely setup. Extremely responsive and helpful host. He provided recommendations and was quick to respond to questions. The house is centered nicely within the region and allows access to many different villages, wineries, and restaurants. An amazing experience and I highly recommend!

Raffaella deserves an extra star on the reviews. She is a wonderful host, very welcoming and very responsive. She went out of her way to make dinner reservations for us, at two wonderful restaurants - both in walking distance from her airbnb. The apartment was quiet, clean, with beautiful views. We did a lovely bike ride from town and enjoyed the beauty and quiet at Raffaella’s place. And her regional breakfast was such a treat!!! We hope to come back!

We loved our time at Luca's place. We visited Tuscany with our college aged kids. Luca's house was comfortable and welcoming. We went out for a few meals, but also enjoyed preparing foods in the wonderful kitchen. We ate dinners together and played board games on the spacious kitchen table. It was homey. We called it "cucina magica" because all of the foods we cooked came out so perfectly. This is a wonderful home in a lovely setting with hiking trails from the backyard. We spent several mornings at the nearby hot springs. What a treat! Luca was communicative and helpful with all of our questions.

absolutely one of the best AirBNB experiences we have ever had! There is no better location if you are visiting Siena, especially if you would rather take the escalator up the mountain. The entrance is right across the street. Our host had thought of everything. From washing detergent to a bottle of wine. Take not though, in Siena it is sometimes difficult to get a taxi early in the morning unless you book it well in advance. Our host went out of his way to make sure we arrived at the train station on time! But just remember, book your departure taxi early! And oh yeah, the secret garden was awesome. A great place to kick back and enjoy the mountain air with a cool beverage;) 5 star plus plus!!

Fantastic time out with panoramic views! This Airbnb accommodation was an absolute stroke of luck! The view was simply breathtaking and inspired us every morning. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be – the location is wonderfully quiet and idyllic. The apartment itself is fantastically equipped and really offers all the amenities you could want. It was super convenient that basic things like oil, vinegar, etc. were available. This not only saves money, but also the first purchase. The only thing that took some getting used to was the bed. But of course, that's a matter of taste and has not tarnished our positive experience in any way. We can fully recommend this place and would come back any time!

We loved our stay. The host was amazing, and the house had everything we needed. The internet was very fast and supported my work requirements back in the USA. The views are spectacular, and the property is very private. Thank you, Irene, and family. I especially appreciated your help in getting me my new computer charger after mine broke. Valeria was a very helpful host, always responds to any questions we had. The house is close to Pienza's city centre while being in a cozy neighbourhood so really enjoyed the location. It was really close to the bus stop as well. The rooms in the were also spacious and beds were clean.

Most GORGEOUS location, the view is exactly what it is and the cottage area is so cute. We were here for a wedding in a Cortona and it was the perfect setting. Definitely need a car for this area as well. Alessandra is very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend having breakfast or a meal outside to admire the view. There are bugs around but as goes for most of this region during the summer so highly recommend bug spray if you walk around outside. Our only note is the musty sheets but perhaps it was a quick change after the last guests.

We had a wonderful stay here! Giancarlo’s space is clean, well kept, and absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We enjoyed walks around the estate and a wonderful wine tasting; while hearing about the property we were staying on. It’s a short drive to Montalcino which has great restraints, cafes, and local shopping. We would absolutely stay here again!

We are so glad for the six days we were able to spend in Tuscany at Marta’s home! The setting is so peaceful – nothing but rolling hills and fields around, with the city of Siena in the distance. Sienna was only 17 minutes away by car, so we went for restaurants, market day, and sightseeing. We were also able to explore multiple other towns in Tuscany. This was a great central location for us. When we wanted to stay at the apartment, we enjoyed nice privacy, our own picnic table and gazebo, and soaked in the hot tub one evening. Marta’s wine (the first bottle is free) was fantastic. If we come to Tuscany again, we will certainly try to stay here!

We were overwhelmed by Cecilia’s warmth and gesture. We immediately felt at home on reaching her place and were delighted to be presented with a bottle of wine and home made pie. Cecilia had put meticulous effort in arranging every minute stuff in the kitchen, bath and beddings. Her localised suggestions helped us a lot in planning our Tuscany trip and explore some hidden marvels in that region. The bright sunshine on the beautiful orchids on the table top and windowsill made our morning memorable….

Very clean Airbnb, the host left us with a bottle of wine and brownies for our arrival which was very thoughtful. The Tuscan views from the bnb was very nice.

Paola’s place was an incredible getaway for the two of us - we played fetch with Nilde in the garden, had a night where Paola taught us to make pasta and tiramisu, and enjoyed the best sunsets. If you get a chance, definitely check out Osteria Alla Villa for dinner. We will definitely be back! Thank you Paola for the hospitality and making our first trip to Tuscany so special.

INCREDIBLE PLACE!! We only had one night here but it was very special. Parking was tricky and you get nervous driving so close to the bridge. The photo of where to turn for the parking lot was extremely helpful. Chiara was available by messaging to help. She sent pictures of how to check in which made it easy. The place looks just like the photos. Chiara also made dinner reservations for us at La taverna di Civita bistro which had incredible food. The private balcony was the our favorite part. We drank wine from the cellar and enjoyed the incredible view. The town is quiet in the evenings which adds to the ambiance. DON’T MISS THIS ONE!!

it was definitely one of our favorite Airbnb destinations. Beatrice was very responsive and had tons of useful information about all kinds of things to see in the area. She also showed us the amazing ancient tunnels beneath her home

What a lovely spot to stay! The rental is quite large, with a spacious downstairs and a nice bedroom upstairs, and the views are amazing. It is located in a gorgeous part of Tuscany. Hosts were friendly. I especially appreciated the hot tub!

very nice and cozy house, well equipped and very clean. Lisa was very nice and helpful, always timely in responding to messages. Very different experience from the cold and "industrial" BnBs that are increasingly frequently found... it's a real home!

This is the second time I have stayed at this Airbnb. Mattia is a consummate host. He responds quickly and is always pleasant. The apartment and especially the terrace are phenomenal. I hate to give it such high marks because everybody is gonna wanna steal it from me! But it is a well-deserved high recommendation.I really love this place and it feels like my second home.

Brilliant Airbnb in Greve.. location superb overlooking the square. The apartment is spacious and felt like home. Wonderful restaurants to walk to and a great bakery opposite for morning coffee and pastries. Easy to park the car just a few minutes walk away. Lovely villages to explore nearby and picture perfect everywhere you look. If you come to Greve book here, relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere. Cora is a fantastic host who regularly communicates to make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 ❤️

It is a great place to stay and feel the quiet and peace of Tuscany! My family and I really enjoyed it. The apartment is really nice, with a unique style inside an ancient house. And without a doubt, it has one of the best views from the kitchen and terrace that I have ever seen!

We had the best time!! The cutest little apartment with a nice little balcony. Loved the exposed beams and the kitchen. It was very walkable to great restaurants and scenic views, also far enough away were you are not worried about noise at night. Host was super responsive and had excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to do!

It’s easy to understand why this apartment is so well rated! From the location, the views, the well appointed kitchen, the mini split, the fun decor and engaging book collection, the cleanliness, etc. Simona was an ideal host: communicative and helpful.
