The Lockly house is a newly renovated and fully furnished three bedroom house. Furnished with family in mind, enjoy wi-fi, 3 smart tvs, fully stocked kitchen, hardwood floors throughout and washer and dryer available in house. One bedroom on the main floor, two bedrooms on the second floor. The third bedroom is furnished as a media room for an extra living space to spread out. Can accommodate up to 8 guests. Enjoy large outdoor area including private pool during summer (shared). Due to Airbnb’s new policy, their service fees are now required to be paid by the host rather than the guest. Our nightly rates have been adjusted upward to absorb their rate. We Airbnb 'Farmhouse suite' also. No parties, pool or otherwise.

Please be honest and no smoking at all in the house!! Thanks for keeping my place clean during your stay :) No parties. Bridal showers and small things like that are probably OK. Just ask. Please, be sincere on guest count over 4. This is a nice 3-bedroom ranch house with 2 full bathrooms. There is a large back yard with a patio and a farmer's field beyond. Great for spending time with your friends and family having a cook-out and/or bonfire.

The second bedroom has two plush twin beds. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer to do laundry. The private patio is a nice spot to relax in the morning with coffee or to wind down at sunset.

We offer two queen sized beds in the larger of the two bedrooms and a full sized bed in the second bedroom. Located in a quiet duplex apartment in Arcadia village in Decatur Indiana close to US 33. I am usually nearby If guests need anything, but always available by phone or text.
