My place is close to the airport, multiple colleges, family-friendly activities, public transport. You’ll love my place because of the quiet privacy, the people, the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. There is a very good chance you will encounter two very friendly dogs in our yard. They do not go into your space. Patrick is a feisty 15 lb pup and JR. is our doodle puppy. Many great restaurants in the area.

We are surrounded by farmland, a great base for family vacations. There is a grocery store, drug store, antique shops, and family restaurants 5 minutes in either direction from the house. Located 20 minutes from downtown Rochester, RIT, and the University of Rochester, and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, the LeRoy exit to the NY State Thruway is 10 minutes away. Located in the North Winton Village area. Stand alone newly remodeled loft house in perfect condition. One bedroom loft, one bathroom on the first floor, full bath on second floor. Sleeps two comfortably, sleeps up to 4 with blow up queen size mattress. please note: I do have one doorbell camera. It only records when my security system alarm is ON, which does not impact guest bc I turn the alarm OFF during Airbnb reservations.

Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is over 1000 square feet, in an Historic House. The farm is 30 acres of pasture, woods and a stream - peaceful, yet within a bike ride to the village of Fairport and the Erie Canal.
