Beachfront vacation rentals in Monroe County

Great little house to spend a long weekend in (including the pup)! Will miss waking up near the water & watching all the wildlife through the big sliding glass doors - deer, light gray/white squirrels, lots of birds, ducks. Hot tub was great, nice & big, too. Comfy beds, had everything you could need, kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc.

Beautiful home in a prime location on the lake. Great owners with excellent communication. Will definitely stay again.

We spent a whole month at Rachel’s place and we didn’t want to leave! The sound of the water in the morning, the sunsets, the private pier… it was all amazing! The bathroom stole the show with the unique shower and the great bathtub. Loved every soak! The bed was also extremely comfy and the fireplace made it extra cozy. I was able to work peacefully in the space and felt very at home. Wifi was very reliable! The added bonus of the available kayaks was so fun! Time on the water was precious and well needed. Rachel was very on top of things and very pleasant to work with. 10/10 would stay again!

This sweet little cottage is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood and the house has everything you need. Watching the sunset over Lake Ontario was a delight and proximity to several beaches (though it was too cold to swim for us!) was a great bonus. Natasha was ultra responsive to two absolute non urgent questions I had and it made our stay that much easier and more enjoyable. So family friendly - we have a 10 & 3 year old. Hot tub was a great way for us parents to unwind at the end of the day!

Judith is an extremely kind and professional host and offers great suggestions for activities and great local places to eat and shop! Her place is the ultimate summer cottage experience: peaceful, well-equipped and offers a great setting for relaxing together. We loved it and our family will be back. Sarah, Etienne, Femke, Zoé

This is the second PineappleROC property I have stayed at and they always deliver a fabulous stay. They think about everything and are always available to help. This location is perfect and the view of the lake is amazing. Highly recommend for larger parties as there is plenty of room for everyone.

This place is beautiful n fully equipped with EVERYTHING u could need. We stayed for 3 days n hated leaving it's definitely worth every penny n the host were amazing 10/10 for sure!!!!!

If you are looking for a local sweet spot with an amazing view and private beach, look no further. This cottage is the sweetest piece of local history made into a cozy respite with friendly neighbors. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the lake was incredible ! The cottage has everything you need and is in a great location to be on the lake and also visit Rochester and the surrounding areas. The bed, pillows, throw blankets are so comfortable and the electric fire on the wall for ambient light is a great touch! My daughter and I came for a girls getaway and next time we are in town, I hope this cottage is available so we can stay again!

The home was well appointed and located on a lovely beach! We were comfortable from the start and enjoyed the beach, games nights with the kids and exploring the area. Lou and MaryBeth were very helpful and quick to reply with any questions we had during our stay and even after when my adult son accidently had a package from Amazon mailed to the home. Lou also provided many great local recommendations. We even found a couple pieces of pirate glass treasure. We hope to visit again soon!

My family and I stayed for a week and Kristin’s house was perfect. It was clean, comfy and stocked with everything needed plus some. Being on the beach each morning and evening, it was extremely peaceful. Terrific water pressure, comfortable beds/linens and modern updates are little things that make a pleasant stay. Thanks again!
