this is the second time we've rented a room from Manuel. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet. The city center is 25 minutes by metro. The metro station is 5 minutes away from the house. Lots of shops, cafes. Manuel, very friendly, responsive, attentive, caring. He has a good sense of humor. If you need anything or have any questions, I'll be happy to help. If I was given the opportunity to give a score of 10 out of 10. I gave it a 10. I recommend it
