The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Inside there is entrance hall, small bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms, fully equipped open plan kitchen and living room with comfortable 140 cm sofa bed. Here you will find nature, peace and plenty of cosiness in authentic surroundings. The house is the original cottage built around 1930, while we live in a newer house on the property. The house deserves to be lived in and cared for, and you – our guests, contribute to that. We also appreciate offering our guests a different type of holiday and on a budget.

Free coffee, tea and in the fridge I have left some drinking and quick food if you arrive late as you should feel free to take . No TV but wifi. Small tea kitchen with microwave, toaster and actifry. I live within a short distance so can quickly be there if you need help or need anything.

Quiet accommodation in the charming Landsted, on a large natural plot. Enjoy the view of the glacial meltwater gorge and the neighbor's grazing cows just outside the front door. Take a walk on the large natural grounds, in the forest on the slope down to the small stream, hang out by the small garden pond, or get your pulse up on the garden trampoline. May say hello to the base's hedgehogs, deer and pheasants.
