We had a great time reuniting with friends! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The quality of the layout and decoration is great. The same goes for the outdoor areas, with terraces all around the house to enjoy the sun at any time of day. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Super clear instructions, and a short message during the stay to check if everything is going well. We fell in love with the pool, the wild environment (in the middle of the forest, we could see hares) and this house with typical architecture of the region, enhanced by a high quality renovation. As architects, we have been able to appreciate the mix of old charm and contemporary functionality. Big plus also for the very high quality bedding. In short, amazing accommodation

Chris and Lotte have done a fantastic sympathetic restoration, of a very fine and spacious 1930s house, in a secluded and tranquil setting. It makes a perfect base for exploring delightful local surroundings, or further afield to the likes of San Sebastián. Chris and Lotte are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely accommodation which has direct access to the forest from the doorstep and is five minutes walk from a beautiful surfing beach. We loved the hundreds of miles of cycle tracks in the area, amazing bird life, and the lively town of Hossegor with its picturesque lake which has a lovely market even in low season. The boardwalks on the dunes in Seignosse and the Étang Noir nature reserve were particular highlights. Definitely worth having bikes for your stay 🚲 We would love to come back next year!

A spotless accommodation and very well located. In a quiet residential area and close to the forest for beautiful walks. A real little cocoon where you can feel good with a fenced garden, great for our little fur balls! Super well-equipped, there is really everything you need in the accommodation! We arrived independently but Annabelle and Laurent were very responsive and clear in their instructions. We strongly recommend!

Very good welcome from the owners who did their best to arrive a little before the mentioned time because we arrived earlier. The house is located in a very nice private enclosure! With the forest right across to go for beautiful hikes to the ocean. The house is very warm. The owners are very responsive to small problems.

Very good stay at Clo and Alex's. A very good location to be in a quiet place. This stretch of water is also very peaceful. The bungalow is very comfortable and large with good bedding. I would recommend it in a second.

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

Not only is the accommodation much better (warm, bright, practical...) than what the photos show, but in addition, Michelle was of fantastic kindness, allowing us to adapt our stay following a death. The location at the end of the residence and the fenced garden are a serious asset. Honestly, thank you so much and we hope to be back soon!

Very pleasant stay in a very spacious house with a large pool. Host available. Calm neighborhood and easy access to the beaches by bike.

We had a wonderful vacation in this dream house. It all starts with the communication with the owner, which was impeccable. She always responded quickly and always took care of all our concerns. The house itself is beautiful, modern and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and almost all have their own showers. There is also a play area, with table tennis, table soccer and billiards. The kitchen is large and offers everything you need. The highlight is of course the pool, which is very well maintained. The neighborhood is also great: A quiet neighborhood with friendly people and within walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would come back any time.

We spent a whole month here and we had a really great experience ! The house was perfectly equipped and we really did not miss anything. Our two dogs also absolutely loved it here. The little town of Leon was also super cute. And within a 10min car ride we were able to reach anything else we needed ( beach/ ocean/ other restaurants / towns etc). Would absolutely come again♥️

Excellent stay with Anne Marie who, despite the fact that we did not have the opportunity to meet, was responsive whenever we needed it. The house is spotless and located in a peaceful residence among the pines. Access to the beach is via a very pleasant path through the golf course and the forest. If you want to discover the Landes and the Basque Country, don't hesitate!

We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

Very well located apartment, 5 min walk to the central square. Quiet environment, you can get everywhere on foot. The accommodation is very well equipped, especially with dishes, which is not often the case, so we enjoyed it very much. Also, Chrystel is very responsive and the contact was very pleasant. We had a lovely stay there and apart from a slightly long check-in and check-out, it was a lovely experience! Thanks for this beautiful stay in Landes!

Nath & Fred's house is wonderful and great location - right behind the dune. It is super equipped and you have many options to use the house; on the great covered terrace or in the garden with feet in the sand. It is very tastefully decorated with lots of details! Through the garden, the outdoor shower and another area under the terrace, you can get everything super clean & dry after the beach day, which is worth a lot! It's a special place! We were very comfortable! To the surroundings: You can walk to the great wide beach in a few minutes. A great restaurant/beach bar is right on the street; as well as a great bakery and of course a surf shop (relaxed & cheap)! Mimizan is a small place, but you have everything you need! We were already at Nath & Fred last year despite a very long journey (15 hours) - it is definitely worth it! Thanks for everything!

I had a wonderful time staying at this place! The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the ocean, with beautiful surroundings perfect for strolling. The accommodation was cozy and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and always available, making everything easy and stress-free

The apartment is in a fantastic location on the inland lake and right behind the sea, very popular with golf surfers. The view from the terrace is beautiful, even in cloudy weather which we unfortunately had. The ambiance and layout of the location give a wonderful holiday feeling. The decoration of the apartment is functional with a beachy vibe and the beach, tourist shops and restaurants are within walking distance. At the bottom of the apartment, the wooden deck path runs for hikers, which (before the busy holiday period) gives a cozy atmosphere. For dog owners, it is good to know that from June 1, on the nearby beach (and most beaches there) dogs are partly not allowed. To relax and enjoy the salty bliss, we highly recommend this gem!

We spent 1 week with the family in this beautiful house, very pleasant to stay in. The interior is spacious and the terrace is huge. The ocean is a 10-minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful for a good vacation! In addition, Tomothy is very responsive and friendly, I would highly recommend it! And I'll be happy to come back for a few days :)

This is a fabulous apartment in an idyllic location. Stunning views, immediate access to the beach, easily walkable to the core of Biarritz.
