The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Apartment HMM, In Old Town, Brand New!

Apartment HMM is on the 1th floor in the old stone house so you can feel spirit of the old time. It is renovated in May 2017 ! It is sunny and comfortable apartment with gallery. This lovely apartment is ideal for 2 persons( but 3 persons can fit as well). It's equipped with: kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge), bathroom, washing machine, 2 cable TV´s, air condition,WI-FI Excellently located in the center of Split (but still you can reach it by car) in the old part of Split called Manus.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

RA House Plitvice Lakes

RA HOUSE is a modern, wooden house located in an open area surrounded by forest. There is an entrance to the beautiful magical forest right near the house. The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.

We are on the Amalfi Coast, in Raito/Albori (among the most beautiful villages in Italy). The small environment is reminiscent of the interior spaces of a yacht. A true love nest. Deeply renovated through the use of local materials, from Vietri ceramics to the stones of the Lattari mountains. Garden of 200 sqm. Ideal for young couples and nature lovers.

Suspended between sky and sea, the petite maison overlooks the divine coast, with its wonderful level terrace, surrounded by a rich multicolored floral explosion. Waking up in the morning, having breakfast in a unique setting, surrounded by silence, the petite maison represents an emotion to be experienced. To complete a unique experience, the beautiful swimming pool where you can relax in an exclusive and private setting.

Countryside stone house

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
