Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

This freshly renovated studio apartment is located in the best area in Pärnu - close to the white sanded beach and city centre, both are easily reachable by foot (around 10 minutes of walk). You can enjoy a magnificent 180° view to the lake of Viljandi. It`s located 500 m from the center and 500 m from the lake. You can enjoy the old town of Viljandi, old castle ruins, cafes and lakeside sunshine. The house is on the hillside, so it is necessary to use a lot of stairs. Please read all the details.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Cube House is located in the beach area with a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house was built in 2019 and is equipped with everything that you need for your vacation. It offers a unique stay for couples and families who value privacy and want to have microhouse experience. House has almost like a little spa inside with a generous hot tub. Also private patio makes available to enjoy your morning coffee outside. There is also private parking inside the yard.

In the bathroom we have petrified wood sink - wonder of nature! We offer you a free parking space in the garden in case you are traveling by car.
