The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

In the wild romantic garden there are high trees, birds, hedgehogs, squirrels, spiders, Ringatterns... The property is about 1.2m high fenced. The environment with forest, the river Oste and many lakes invites you to walk and cycle.

Our small apartment is located between Cuxhaven and Stade, directly on the B73 at the Kreidesee in Hemmoor. In the immediate vicinity is a snack bar, as well as an Asian restaurant. The nearest shopping is 2 minutes by car, or 15 minutes on foot. We have many recreational opportunities and lots of nature in the area. The chalk lake invites you to dive and fish, as well as to take beautiful walks. Our apartment is in the attic, but has air conditioning.

Outside there are two cozily arranged terraces, overlooking a beautiful garden (imposing oak trees, boxwood hedge, and large lawn). The parking space and a carport are right by the house. Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.
