A quiet detached guest house, a stylish Tulum Vibes heaven, very cozy, and only 15 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes to downtown to the funk zone with its unique local restaurants and wine tasting rooms. Just simply divine. Located 5 minutes walk from a stunning hiking trail down the road. You will be waking up by the sound of the birds, an ocean view and a very unique place surrounded by nature. This dreamy, boho Spanish-style house is perfectly located just 1 mile from State Street and the beach. The unit is on a duplex with a private entrance, gated backyard with a bbq and gorgeous dining area, full kitchen, and beautifully remodeled bathroom. The bright and airy bedroom features a queen sized bed and dedicated workspace. The couch in the living room can be converted to a full-sized bed. Pet friendly ($20 per pet per night!) 1 off street parking space is available in the driveway.

Quiet Bright Cozy House in Santa Barbara

Cozy house in a private residential neighborhood on a private road, come and enjoy the mountain views and serene vibe. Our house is by no means a party house, we have nearby neighbors and due to the location is very quiet at night. Our home is perfect for guests who are looking for a serene time instead of a place to get together to party. We would love to host anybody as long as they are respectful. King size bed on master bedroom, Queen on room 2 and twin on room 3. Superhost.
