Our second-floor studio is perfect for one person or a couple. Unplug for a few days or a week. Enjoy the unobstructed ocean view and beautiful sunsets. This apartment is perfect for small families or couples who want to enjoy a beach vacation on a budget. You will love staying this close to the beach and I provide everything needed for a great beach vacation. The apartment will be comfortable and clean. This one bedroom one bathroom apartment is located on the beach side of Mission Blvd. It’s centrally located in Mission Beach. The nearest large cross street is El Carmel. It’s about 50 steps to the beach from the front or back door.

Newly remodeled! Home away from home

We are located in South Mission Beach on Ensenada Ct a couple blocks South of Belmont Park. Bob and I live upstairs and offer a small 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment (approximately 500 sq. feet each) on the ground floor to vacationers. Please note that the 2nd room is a very small with twin bunkbed suitable for children or small adults. We enjoy having guests from all over the world come to visit and love watching everyone enjoy South Mission Beach as much as we do.

Beach vibe 1 bedroom apt. on family occupied property. Off-street parking in Pacific Beach 2 blocks from Crown Pt. Shores Park on Mission Bay where miles of bike paths lead around the bay and to the beach. Near Mission Bay Golf, and Sea World. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance (7-10 blocks). Bus lines are 5 blocks. We are on a quiet 2 block long street with bikes, beach chairs, body boards, beach toys and beach towels for your use.
