500 sq ft, Centrally located in Albany, blocks from the historic downtown district and a short drive from anything else in town. Short walk from a beautiful river trail/bike path. 1 spacious bedroom w queen bed (1 fold up twin on request) 2 smart tvs & WiFi, kitchenette (please know this isn’t a full kitchen). This is our back house and you may see us but we will give you all the privacy you want! We have 2 dogs that like to roam. We are near the train, you will hear it going by.

Sleeping arrangements are as follows, 1 King size bed, 2 Queen size beds, 4 twin size beds, 2 couches. Full access to well equipped kitchen, laundry room, private back yard, Wifi, Roku. Minutes from the Linn County Expo Center and I-5. 20 minutes from Salem, 25 minutes from Corvallis.

It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops, a natural food store, restaurants, and, if you don't mind a 1.5 mile walk, OSU campus and downtown. Basic amenities include a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We use non-toxic cleaning products. Pesticide free, too.

We stayed there for one night and had to leave pretty early on the Saturday. Liz's place was amazing. It was very warm outside but the AC was blasting and we enjoyed it! There were a little bit of cooking equipment missing but we communicated with Liz and she brought them up right away. She was really sweet. I highly recommend her place to anyone going this way! :)

This little house tucked into the town of Albany was amazing. From the homey feel, to the get decor and old time feel (with modern upgrades) to the house. It was an amazing stay! Melinda was very helpful and kind with any questions and concerns we had. Definitely recommend staying here. We definitely will when we come back to Oregon again!

We had a great time during our stay! The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable—perfect for our group. The location was ideal, especially since we were in town for my sister’s baby shower in Albany. Tamara was a wonderful host—very responsive and proactive, checking in on us to make sure everything was going well. She also shared some excellent local recommendations, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!

Super cute studio cottage with that perfect balance of historic charm and modern updates! It was the perfect size and had all the things we needed to feel at home. Definitely appreciated the laundry access, dishwasher, easy parking and peaceful location. Wish we could have stayed for much longer! Lee Ann was a wonderful and welcoming host as well. Thanks for sharing this amazing and unique space with us. :)
