Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Milan

The stay at Chiara's apartment was very good. The location is great and the apartment very cozy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had a music event and the first night was not so relaxing🥴 Otherwise, however, it is very quiet. We will definitely be back to this apartment!! Gabriele's house is such a gem. A peaceful place with a 'feeling-right-at-home' atmosphere. Spacious, with everything that one needs, and even more, especially in the kitchen. The living and the bed room are very spacious with good air circulation. The surrounding is very quiet and peaceful. For me Gabriele's place was the perfect home base to discover the different hiking areas in the area. All within a short reach by car. The village has an awesome small pizzeria just a short walk away, and more options for dining out within a short distance by car. Gabriele was always available for any question and I felt very well taken care of. Upon arrival I was greeted by Franca, who is such a lovely, warm lady. She showed me everything and was too always available to answer any question. Gabriele and Franca are both amazing humans who will make you feel very welcome. Franca's dog has a special place in my heart too :)

This little house is beautiful, even better than the photos. Very large functional rooms, small garden, very pleasant where we ate in the evening. Very pleasant welcoming hosts. I highly recommend going there. Thank you again Roberta and Achille. We spent 3 relaxing days and what a beautiful region Lake Como is.

My father and O were traveling together and we rented this Airbnb to avoid the cost of two hotel rooms. I LOVED the beautiful glass room kitchen!! Was such a peaceful place to have a morning coffee. They were very accommodating about our arrival time which was extra wonderful! The furniture is a bit old and simple (folding chairs around the kitchen table, stained chair in the living room) but for the price it was an excellent option for us and we really enjoyed it! Location is wonderful tram runs regularly (though seemingly on a schedule of its own) and we could walk to duomo in 25 min. I ran In the park each morning and the water pressure is lovely. Look it’s not a hotel, it’s perfect for traveling with two people who want their own space. Only one bed would be usable for a couple honestly so 3 people in beds is realistic. Has an elevator Excellent AC Over all we loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to Milan!

We had a great stay in Milan! The apartment is in a great location, only a 15-20 minute walk from the Duomo and close Navigli. Ginevra was really helpful and sent clear instructions for check in. She was quick to respond to any queries we had. We would definitely recommend.

Broken washmachine was disappointment

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

Great, great place! And as important (more?), I great, great host! Marco is one of the truly great hosts! Location was great, place was spotless and equipped beyond expectations! I had lost my razor along the way, and to my amazement, there was an individually wrapped "shaving kit", along with other little kits of things people forget! I honestly don't recall more comfortable sleeps than my nights here! All around truly one of the best! Highly, highly recommended!

It was close to the bus and train station, however far from the city center (30 minutes by train). The check-in by Julia’s mother was very smoth even though she don’t speak English. Lots of snacks, Nespresso coffees pods and toiletries available. As our flight was scheduled for 20:30pm we asked for a late check-out and Julia’s mother was very kind and allowed us to stay a few hours more than the regular check-out. Overall a very nice experience and definitely recommend it. If I ever come back to Milan, I’ll book this again.

Luca responded super quickly and was very friendly - the view from the 11th floor is really fantastic in the evening - the location was also very good - even found a place in front of the house for our camper (Ducato). Great location, walkable from train station and some great restaurants nearby. Apartment was exactly as described, and Monica gave us clear instructions on how to get in. Also, we really appreciated that she was able to let us check-in early. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Federica’s apartment was as pictured in the photos. It is bright, clean and decorated well. I loved the special touches like the live plant and the pictures on the walls. It shows that Federica takes pride in this apartment. The apartment is located within a few minutes’ walk of the central train station and the metro station. There are several restaurants and bars just steps away. Maybe I missed it, but I did not see a guest book. I wish she had provided some ideas of where to find great food in the area since there were so many places to choose from. My one disappointment was that the air conditioning was not able to keep the place cool enough. When I visited it was very hot in Milan. I turned the air conditioner to the coolest setting and let it run all day and night, but the bedroom was always too warm.

I had a great experience staying at this beautiful and cute apartment in Milan. Nice location inside of a very cute apartment complex. Roberto and Marco were very responsive and helpful every step of the way, even when things at the airport got delayed. Marco provided a great late night pizza recommendation, and answered all our questions thoroughly. I would definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Dragan’s apartment in Milan! The location is extremely convenient—just a few minutes’ walk from both the train and metro stations, making it super easy to explore the entire city. The apartment itself was in pristine condition, spotless and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although our time in Milan was short, we truly wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!
