We had a wonderful stay at Helene's. Stunning location and property. Modern house with a traditional feel and the pool was a great. Close to Carcassonne but far enough away to getaway from it all and relax. Lots of wonderful wineries close by.

Absolutely stunning location and accommodation, like stepping into paradise. Last bit of the road unpaved, probably not suitable for a low slung sports car But we managed easily with our over packed family car. Gaelle is a superb host, extremely attentive.

I really can’t recommend Philippe and Alain’s place enough and our stay was delightful from start to finish. Not only is the property set in beautiful surroundings but the accommodation itself is lovely; full of character and is charming and spacious for a couple. The hosts themselves are also delightful. Philippe was exceptionally helpful throughout the process and extremely responsive, answering our questions and helping us when we were looking to book a local taxi at short notice. He made the effort to meet us when we arrived and spoke to us regularly during our stay; always kind, polite and friendly. Thank you for a fantastic stay guys!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful country home. The host are friendly and generous, not at all intrusive. We found Saurat to be a wonderful change of pace from the city. Our time was restful and everything you might hope for from a country farmhouse in the South of France.

We had a wonderful stay here and truly enjoyed our time in Cadaques! Jordi, Sarah were wonderful hosts and very accommodating. The local house manager Kiki was extremely helpful in meeting us in the main square so we could follow him to the actual place. The vibe inside was very homey and welcoming and made us feel right at home. The views from the patio were amazing and everything was very walkable (as long as you are good with bumpy incline side streets!) There is only street parking so just be prepared to possibly park a little ways away from the place if driving there. Also very curvy road leading into town through the mountains. Lastly, we did run into a situation while staying due to a previous guest, but Jordi and Kike were beyond helpful and apologetic and did everything in their abilities to quickly resolve the issue as best as possible. Other than those few things we truly loved our stay and the great service from our hosts!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chateaux de Jean. It was a heavenly 4 days on this beautiful estate and the accommodation has everything we needed. It was a dream come true to stay in a chateaux in France.

Our holiday at Morganes House was SO perfekt. I lost my husband four months ago and I needed the peace together with my children and this house was more than perfect for this - so thank you.

What a beautiful place and what a beautiful house! Fully equipped, great bed, cozy and stylish. A very quiet area with a cute village nearby, where you can regularly go to the cafe on Friday evening. Amazing views. Highly recommended!

This listing is beautiful and is located in a splendid setting. It's total calm. There are some very nice hikes to do in the area. We came at a time when it was not very hot with a lot of rain. The heating system is a small slow-burning wood stove that we had to supply with wood throughout our stay to heat the home and remove moisture. But this stay was a unique experience.

We had a great weekend at Margaux's. The accommodation is perfectly in line with the photos: clean, well maintained and very pleasant to stay in. The spa, like the charming hut that houses it, is of high quality and invites you to relax. The garden, beautifully landscaped and well-kept, is a real little haven of peace… and what a pleasure to see the little chickens frolic freely! Margaux and her spouse are caring, responsive and available hosts. Communication was smooth from start to finish. The bed is very comfortable and the master suite is simply superb. Small downside: the proximity of a road axis brings a little noise, but this does not spoil the experience, as the place is pleasant. We'll be happy to go back! We had an absolutely lovely stay at Marine and Christian's. The grounds are beautiful, with a secluded pool and animals everywhere. We had everything we needed in the house and really appreciated the extra touches - hot tub, on-site massages and horse riding. Christian and Marine were warm and incredibly accommodating. Laura provided clear instructions on how to get there and check in. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome package of wine and snacks – a very thoughtful gesture. Every detail in the house is meticulously planned: a cozy fireplace area, spacious bedrooms with blackout options to ensure undisturbed sleep, and even a projector screen — a pleasant surprise since we brought our own projector and were able to watch a movie in the evening. The view from the windows is simply breathtaking. The abandoned village where the house is situated is an attraction in itself, and a short hike up the hillside reveals mesmerizing views of the town and surrounding mountains. This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this place for groups of friends as well as families with children aged 8 and up.
