This home is close to everything; 5 min. from airport and train station, 10 min. to local beaches, 30 min. to RI ocean beaches, 10 min. to Providence, and 35 min. from Boston. This home was featured in the June 2021 issue of SO RI magazine! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac this home has a welcoming front porch with ocean views, an open concept family room w/ fireplace, a spacious eat-in kitchen and a park-like backyard. Private beach connects to Scarborough State Beach. There are 3 king bedrooms and a separate kids room. Master bath has a jacuzzi tub and 2nd bath has a standing rain shower with sprawling marble sink. House has towels, beach chairs and bikes.

Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.

Cozy 3 Bedroom, minutes from the beach & downtown

My home is a 3-Bedroom, tri-level ranch located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown Newport. The best beaches on Aquidneck Island are a 5 minute drive and there is a huge back yard, complete with a brand new BBQ grill and outdoor seating. There is one king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest room and a queen as well as a custom built in child bunk in the third bedroom. The home comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children.

Location, Location, Location! THE REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES!!! This is a great Thames Street location that carries a "94" walk score. The house is close enough to walk to the Brick Alley Pub in 6 mins, Bowen's Wharf in 8 mins, yet far enough to enjoy the quiet back yard. We will be very accessible if there are any problems or issues. Thanks for looking and we look forward to hosting you! Sleeps 8 and has off street parking for 3-4 cars!
