We are well located and it is a short walk to the beaches and the historic center. It is a few meters to the Fort by the street that gives access to Pontal beach. Walking through the historic center and discovering its restaurants and shops is always a pleasure. It is a safe residential neighborhood with service facilities.

It is good to bring little luggage, and preferable backpack than a suitcase. the ascent may be tiring but the look pays off.
