In a charming village located a few minutes from Lake Salagou, on the red lands of the ruffes, this pretty vacation home is ideally located (approx. 2 km from Lake Salagou). Octon is a village that is both quiet and active, where life is good. Modern and comfortable, it will undoubtedly be the starting point for beautiful getaways to discover exceptional landscapes and sites. Swimming, canoeing, pedal boating, hiking, mountain biking, there are plenty of activities around the lake.

Waterfront in the South

Better than a swimming pool: the Etang de Thau is 5 m from the apartment. We bathe there, safely (shallow depth on the edge, water warmer than the sea and of very good quality). The neighborhood is a point advancing on the pond, but which remains close to the city center. The apartment (37 m²) is a first floor part of a villa, but independent. Very bright, it gives to the west on the pond and its sunsets, and to the east on 400 m² of wooded garden (vines, fig trees).

Come and discover our charming, fully equipped barn, located on the shores of the magnificent Lake Salagou, classified as a Grand Site de France. This idyllic retreat is perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing stay in the heart of nature. You can take a jacuzzi with a glass of wine or a glass of champagne, take a sauna after a day of exploration, make a meal with a fully equipped kitchen and sleep in a four-poster bed for a romantic and soothing night

T2 5 min walk to the beach

Apartment, completely renovated, located in a large QUIET and wooded pedestrian residence. CLOSE TO BEACH: 5-minute walk to the beach, port and restaurants. Shops nearby (15-20 minute walk, 5 minute drive). Very nice hikes starting from the foot of the building. Self-check-in and cleaning must be done by you at the end of your stay. Cleaning deposit of 10 euro included in the rental price and which will be refunded if the apartment is returned clean.
