Waterfront vacation rentals in Mexico Beach

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here, walking to the beach was a breeze and less than one minute. I would book again for a couples trip. My husband and I was not ready to check out when our stay ended. We would definitely revisit.

This was our first big family vacation. It was everything we could have asked for and more. We always had something to do. The beach was fantastic. We walked to all of the restaurants and ice cream shops around. Only left the area a couple of times, otherwise everything we wanted was right there. Highly recommend staying here. The condo was beautiful, spacious, very clean. The view was great and I really appreciated there was a closet with beach toys, towels, chairs etc...

This was our second time visiting The Pelican's Nest, and it was just as comfortable and fun as the first time. I recommend this Airbnb for people who enjoy being close to the water and a quiet place to hang out.

This place was great! Very cozy and I have to say the best parts were the shower and AC Units 😂 I know it sounds crazy but it felt so nice after a long day in the sun to come in to a nice cool house! Appliances were very nice and up to date

We so enjoyed the beach home. We were right on the beach and next to the pool. It was quiet at night. We enjoyed meeting the other families there. It was a nice family spot. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We love staying at the Majestic Beach Resort. Astrid's place was clean and tidy, small, but comfortable for two adults. She checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. Absolutely gorgeous view!

Really gorgeous location and definitely worth what we paid. The dryer didn’t work the best and takes two cycles to dry tee shirts and towels. You might also want to bring facial tissue/Kleenex as there isn’t any and some extra trash bags. The beach area was quieter than other locations which we really liked. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves at night. There is a small gas station/convenience store right across the street and a Waffle House and a couple of breakfast spots within easy walking distance.

If you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway, this is absolutely the place to stay! Loved the area, lots of yummy food, peaceful/not crowded beach, plenty of space for all the family. The host was kind and quick to respond plus his guide was helpful throughout our stay. We didn’t have any issues with the house and hope to visit again in the future. Lovely vacation for myself, my sister and her child, my elderly mother, and my pup!! Also, the outdoor shower was fantastic in helping keep sand out of the house.

Christopher was a great host. Very generous, accommodating and attentive. The place was very clean. It was private and peaceful with an amazing view. Highly recommend this place and this host.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house is very close to the pool and we had the best time on the golf cart and loved how they have a paved pathway for bikes, running and golf carts along the beach. The house was very clean and equipped with everything you could think of! We were so happy that it was a dog friendly beach and house. The best restaurant we ate at was the White Marlin and going horseback riding on the beach was so much fun! Port St. Joe is absolutely gorgeous and I recommend to anyone who’s never been. Thank you Emily for being such a wonderful host! She even did a grocery order pick up for us and had it at the house when we checked in. I give this stay 10 stars if I could!

We had a wonderful stay in Mexico Beach! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, with a great restaurant and coffee shop right down the street. The house was spacious and comfortable for our family, and we really appreciated the extra beach chairs, which made packing a lot easier. Just a friendly heads-up: since all the bedrooms are on the second and third floors, they do tend to get warmer than the main level and can take time to cool down, especially during the day. We’d recommend packing a fan if you're visiting during warmer months to help circulate the air. That said, it didn’t take away from our overall experience—we had a great time and would absolutely love to come back!

We had a wonderful family vacation in Mexico Beach! The house was lovely and spacious, steps to the beach or pool. The beach was beautiful, quiet, and family friendly. There are fun shops and food trucks within walking distance, but we also enjoyed the short trip to Port Saint Joe for additional options. We would totally come back to this location and to this house! Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our family vacay and Charles was very responsive any time I contacted him prior to or during our stay with questions. The house is as described, very nice and clean. Our favorite part was being able to drive the golf cart around the neighborhood and to the pool although it is a very close walk to the pool. I’m not sure who enjoyed the golf cart more, the grandkids or the Dads. :) The beach was not crowded at all which was great. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend this house. You will love it! It feels like home away from home. Thank you for great family memories that were made during our stay!

The stunning balcony view and being steps to the beach made this recently remodeled condo ideal for us (two parents with teens). We were blown away by the spaciousness inside and the modern, comfortable decor. Great beds and showers, nice appliances, everything provided that we could possibly need (fans, beach chairs/towels/umbrella/toys/cooler), and just an overall warmth and hospitality. You could also rent beach chairs and umbrellas or do parasailing and more right on the beach. There are carts available to bring up groceries and luggage on the surprisingly fast elevators. The bar across the street and being in a large high rise condo setting made for some noise at times, but we used white noise apps at night and had no issues. It's an older condo, but clean with easy parking and access to everything. On top of everything else, Kelli was incredibly responsive and friendly! We loved her restaurant recs. NOTHING beats the view, convenience, or loveliness of this gorgeous Airbnb.

Absolutely loved the home!! We had an amazing visit. The home was super clean and had everything to include 2 sets of washers and dryers. Kitchen was fully stocked! Really appreciated the quiet neighborhood. Planning our next visit! Ana was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Our stay place was absolutely perfect! The home had everything we needed—and then some. It was spotless, smelled amazing, and clearly cared for with attention to every detail. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer, which made our stay even more convenient. The location couldn’t be better—right across the street from Sharkey’s and close to everything we needed. And the balcony views? Absolutely spectacular! They truly thought of everything a guest could need. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Everything was nice TV's and internet was iffy when in room, but other than that wonderful!!!! Elevators wait time was horrible but had nothing to do with room!!!! Nina was a quick response when I did need her!!!!

We loved our stay at Eric’s place. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Having the reserved chairs and umbrella on the beach was such a luxury. We never had to worry about rushing down to save a spot. The condo has a spectacular view, the bed was very comfortable and the place was so clean. We cooked at home a lot and had our meals on the balcony because you really couldn’t find a better view if you tried. Had everything we needed in terms of dishes and cookware. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was great. The views are beautiful, the studio was perfect for just the two of us. The host was very responsive to any questions that I had.

We really enjoyed our stay. Being right on the beach was a definite plus! Overall a clean and tidy space. The upstairs room was very bright in the mornings with no window coverings but was cool to see the sunrise from bed. She has a sound machine in the room which I appreciate as I love white noise to sleep.
