This place was great. Very convenient to the beach and lots of other places such as restaurants, stores. The place was very clean. Me and my family felt right at home. We loved it and really enjoyed our stay. Definitely 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again.

David was a great host and was quick to respond to any of my million questions I had! This place was absolutely perfect for me and my family and we are already talking about rebooking for next year maybe even sooner! I highly recommend this location for your families next stay!

This house was very clean and had everything needed for a family of four. Carolyn, the host, was extremely easy to communicate with and we couldn't have been happier with out stay. We will look at this location for our future trips to the area

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

Jessica’s home was wonderful. It was updated, decorated very nicely and clean. Tons of instructions and amenities in the kitchen. The house is away from all the condos so the beach was not crazy busy. Would highly recommend!!!

If you are looking for a reset and to connect with nature, in a pristine place of thoughtful decor and coziness, this is the place. You don’t get more beach than this! You are surrounded by nature 360* Jill and Paul are phenomenal hosts who go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. From the clean home, to the amazing mattress, for a restful night sleep, the rain shower heads to wash the day away, and the thoughtful wine and chocolates, you will not be disappointed. You can always tell when someone cares about their home, and ensuring guests are welcome and cozy. I am very thankful for the opportunity to explore Cafe San Blas, and all the lovely recommendations that Jill and Paul offered. I would love to come back as this is an amazing experience. Had a wonderful stay at Ali’s townhouse. Exactly as pictured and the beach is literally 30 steps from the back porch. Beach was almost like a private beach, just guests of the town homes unlike a 20 story condo resort. Perfect vacation for our family. Ali is a great host. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Pictures were 100 % accurate and the townhome is beautiful.

Everything was nice. Place was great and above expectations. All the extra amenities bikes, beach equipment etc was a bonus. Host was easy and very informative through out the process. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The home was perfect for a summer beach trip!

This location is absolutely beautiful and cannot be possibly any more ocean front. There are a ton of great places to eat and visit in Port Saint Joe and on Cape San Blas. The beach is very accessible. There was some damage done to the beach right in front of and outside the property due to Hurricane Helene, which is unfortunate, but there is still a lot of beach to be lounged on nearby! One of the coolest things that I didn't expect is that the Air Force does training nearby, and flew by the cape several times, very cool! I don't think I have any negative things to say about the space itself. The kitchen is very nice and is fully equipped. There's a washer and dryer which is very convenient. The views are amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Gulf Highlands! Everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The community felt safe and peaceful, and the pools and amenities were a great bonus. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was excellent. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly Recommend!

Wow! Breathtaking views right from the balcony, private and peaceful and yet within just a few minutes of anything you need. We booked with Sunny pretty last minute but we certainly weren’t disappointed! This spot is beautiful! Clean, comfortable, and right on the beach, it’s a must of PCB! We’ll definitely be staying again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The resort was quiet and family friendly. Check in was easy and was offered to us at noon because it was ready ahead of time. Location was perfect.. in the heart of many restaurants and activities for the whole family or 20 somethings. I would highly recommend using the golf cart it does make it easier if you have many things to carry.. we brought our own beach chairs so using the cart made it easier. We would definitely stay again when we return next year.

Absolutely stunning home!! If you’re staying near Destin or in Florida book this home!!! Sarah was so helpful, very responsive and kind. The home was very clean (you can tell the actually clean it and not just pick it up after people leave) the shower was huge and very relaxing. The home had comfortable sofas and beds. The location was absolutely perfect! We drove an hour to a popular beach and realized all the beaches near Sarah’s home were soo much better (less crowds and cleaner beaches) This was a perfect trip to Florida for my family and coming home to a relaxing community made it so much better. We will come back soon! Thank you Sarah!!

Drove from Chicagoland to this address. This did NOT disappoint! After seeking a comfortable place for 4 adults, the location/property was an absolute STANDOUT. This place is CLEAN. And the pool? 4 steps from the back door. OMG BEAUTIFUL. Pool is open until 11pm. WOW! The people? AWESOME! Pool depth - 6ft. WARM This host thought of everything to make you feel right at home. Bring your clothes and set up your Walmart pickup because you're not going to need anything else. STEPS FROM THE BEACH. And I mean STEPS. This was key, and absolutely gorgeous. STEPS from PCB night life and STEPS from anything you need if you do not want to drive. Did not disappoint. Hang a right, and go to Pier Park, and bring your dog to the beach. Hang a left and go to Capt. Jacks or the Wharf for the crab legs. EXQUISITE. You could walk to the coffee shop STEPS from this location every morning. I know, I did. If you rent this property, expect to have a WONDERFUL VACATION. Because I did. And you will too

It’s close to local bars, coffee shops, and most importantly the beach! The outdoor shower is refreshing. So nice to be able to bop home to refresh a drink, check for sunburn, or make a sandwich without skipping a beat. We had some cozy movie nights.

Chip's place was great! While it's not actually in Rosemary Beach, you are in a good location and having the golf cart was an added bonus. You should know there are restrictions with certain roads and golf carts and several of the surrounding areas you are not allowed to park. With that being said, we loved driving the cart to Seaside and were able to park everywhere around there and at the Santa Clara beach. Chip was really responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our trip. Perfect house for our group of 4.

Had an amazing time staying at Yung’s place! Super responsive when we had any questions or messaged about anything! House was extremely clean! Loved being right next to the exit gate (such a fast walking trip to the beach!) Would recommend to anyone!!

I’m a single mom who travelled down to port st Joe with my mother and young kiddos and we had an emergency issue that made our original accommodations unable for us to stay and I was able to book immediately at Andrew’s property on the Cape (which is absolutely beautiful) and was able to call him to explain our situation. He was incredibly helpful to accommodate our needs as we had groceries we didn’t want to go bad and gave great recommendations for things to do while we waited for the unit to be cleaned. They did a phenomenal job cleaning the unit and it was so accessible for my kiddos which took so much pressure of me to get to the beach and pool. Also his property manager was absolutely amazing and welcomed us to ensure an easy transition given our unique situation of needing immediate new accommodations at Andrew’s unit. I can’t say enough how welcome and at home I felt. I typically travel to Miami and will definitely want to come back with my kids. It was amazing!

The house is clean as described. Bed in main bedroom is super comfortable and was beautifully made. We loved the location as it was walking distance to everything we needed. The beaches are about 20 min easy drive. Molly was very helpful and responsive in sharing some tips about the area. My only suggestion for improvement would be the area in front of the entrance door that does not look inviting.
