Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Mexico Beach

Beautiful and clean condo. Exactly as described. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is very helpful. Easy check and check out. This condo gives wonderful ocean views and loved the lounger out on the deck. Kitchen is full of many utensils etc. Location wise, not a lot of restaurants in direct walking distance. Bike rental's available and we drove too. Not too far of a drive though to different restaurants and yummy food. There are several stairs that you walk down for the beach access. We usually bring a beach wagon but with the stairs we just left the wagon in the car and chose to carry items. Overall, we rated the condo 5/5 and it was a great trip for our one year anniversary. Thanks again to the hosts!

Barbara was the perfect host. So helpful with everything. She even set up the beach umbrella for us! Everything was clean. Kitchen had everything needed. Even a coffee maker to make a pot of coffee or K-Cups! Will definitely come back.

Scott, and Alex's place was just right for my gf, and I for 3.5 days. Very clean, quiet, and just the right size, lots of little extras like ice cream, tons of coffee, etc. at no extra charge. We are frankly kind of weary of chain Hotels, and all the stress that sometimes comes along with 1 or 2 people ruining things for everyone. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk or drive away, plenty of room on the beach, and for parking. We cant complain about a thing, and would definately reccomend, or consider staying here again.

This was our second time visiting The Pelican's Nest, and it was just as comfortable and fun as the first time. I recommend this Airbnb for people who enjoy being close to the water and a quiet place to hang out.

Perfect condo spot for us to spend a few days at the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and canal, nice area to walk our dog (and so glad we could bring her!) and easy walk across the street to the beach. We LOVE Mexico Beach and would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, nice, safe, and very quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our little boy especially loved the fish pond, which was a highlight for him. Ricky’s wife, Julia, was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She showed us such warm hospitality and was so patient and kind with our son—he absolutely adored her! We truly felt at home and would love to stay here again whenever we visit Panama City. Highly recommend!

We so enjoyed the beach home. We were right on the beach and next to the pool. It was quiet at night. We enjoyed meeting the other families there. It was a nice family spot. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Had a wonderful time. Not a bad walk or drive to the beach. The beach was nice with few people on it so there was plenty of room. The apartment was super clean and welcoming. The host was so sweet and helpful. Sandwiched between Mexico Beach and Port St Joe so there was a wide of choice of places to eat. Will be going back!

This was the most beautiful and serene home I’ve EVER rented on this platform. Kristie’s place had everything you could possibly need during your stay and I love to smell a clean house🥰 The house was spotless! Bed linen and towels were ample and CLEAN! You will see wildlife which is normal in the area and we loved the dolphins that appeared in the lake. Kayaks available and my Marine got a great workout 😂The resort style pool did not disappoint and she also had floats. With the installed fans and canopy you will stay cool. I’m already looking to rebook! If you’re interested in true relaxation, look no further and book now😍🎉🎉

The home was beautiful and the location was perfect the neighborhood was clean and everyone was friendly the beach was awesome very clean and so many shells the host thought of everything you would possibly need to make a vacation perfect from the golf cart to foil trays for the griddle grill which was amazing I am definitely buying my husband one

We loved it so much, we added an extra day! This house exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect, just right across the street from the beach with great views & easy beach access via the boardwalk. We enjoyed sunset on the breezy porches each evening & the kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, & then some. All of the small details & amenities made a huge difference. We will definitely book again!

We had a great stay here! Everything was exactly as described and our host always responded quickly! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The yard was perfect for our pup and we enjoyed the patio and grill. The beach was a short walk across the street, we couldn't have asked for more! Always a great vacation staying here. Great location, house is extremely clean and comfortable, and a great neighborhood. Jonathon and Kourtney are always on top of it. They made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing time! A bunch of teachers looking for rest and relaxation with our pups! We loved the calm private beach in the residence and the usage of the golf cart made it so easy to get around! The pool was amazing! There are beautiful beaches with waves close by but having a peaceful calm beach not packed with people was right up our alley! The beds were super comfortable and we could not have had a better stay! We hope to be back for a longer time next year!

We had a wonderful family vacation in Mexico Beach! The house was lovely and spacious, steps to the beach or pool. The beach was beautiful, quiet, and family friendly. There are fun shops and food trucks within walking distance, but we also enjoyed the short trip to Port Saint Joe for additional options. We would totally come back to this location and to this house! Thanks for a great stay!

Carla's place was easily the most beautiful, and fully loaded Airb&B we have ever stayed in. Carla really goes above and beyond with detail and thinking about the little things. A good example of this is she provided dish soap, a couple laundry pods, dishwasher pods, extra toilet paper, and paper towel. Airb&b's we have stayed at in the past we have always had to come fully packed with essentials as such listed above, it was a wonderful surprise to see that she had those little things covered. The condo itself resembles the photos exactly, and the view is beautiful. Thanks, Carla, for being such a great host!

We loved the place with our two kids! Easy to get to, parking was great, and the beach was beautiful!

This place was absolutely breathtaking!! Eric was a wonderful host! It was everything and more than we expected!! Great for our whole family! The place was clean, and comfy!! We will definitely be renting again next year!

The condo looks exactly like the pictures and the views are incredible. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable of any rental we’ve ever stayed in. Nina was responsive to any questions we had and was very kind in all interactions we had with her. We really enjoyed the pools at the resort and how walkable the area is. We would definitely consider renting from Nina again in the future and would recommend her condo to anyone looking for a family vacation.

This unit is on the 20th floor that gives great views of the beach and water below. A beautiful place to stay with plenty of spacious room!

We loved being here for our anniversary celebration! The walk to the beach was super easy and short. It was so great being around a gift shop and restaurants. The host are great at communicating we had a little hiccup and they handled it perfectly. along with we are so glad the parking spot was in the open because we have a ladder rack. can’t wait to come back some day:)
