Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

One-bedroom cosy bungalow with open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area and a bed settee that makes into a small double for up to 2 extra guests. Furnished to a high standard, the bungalow is located in a quiet, residential area of Runcorn with local shops within walking distance and the main railway station a 5 minute drive. Parking is available directly in front of the property. The bungalow is also a 15 minute drive to Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport and 25 minutes to Manchester Airport.

Cosy accommodation at farmhouse in Dalton, Parbold
The cosy guest suite includes a living room with TV, leather sofa and armchair, small dining table and 2 chairs. There is a compact kitchen area equipped with combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge and all essential crockery and cookware. The bedroom has an oak framed king size bed with matching bedside tables and is furnished with pine furniture, curtains and a blind. The shower room is spacious and is en suite to the bedroom. There is gas central heating and blinds to most of the windows.

1750's cottage with open fire and beams
Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.
The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.

Robin Lodge is a cosy self-contained studio apartment suitable for 1 guest, with its own entrance and free on road parking in a quiet suburban area of Woolton. It’s an ideal base for people working in the Merseyside area or visiting Liverpool. The village of Woolton is within easy walking distance and has numerous restaurants, bars, and a Sainsbury's supermarket. The Black Bull and Bear's and Staff pubs, both serving good food, are 5 minutes walk.
